"I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main "disaster" because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice."

"Recently visited this hotel as a family of 4 and overall it was pretty good but falls short of 5 stars vs other properties in the area, namely the Cullinan and the Regnum. The hotel is looking tired in places and needs renovation and touching up. The rooms in particular need updating as they look dated now and some of the fixtures and fittings are either faltering or broken. The rooms themselves are a decent size but again fall short of the size and luxury feel of those other aforementioned properties. We also stayed in the terrace area which, to be honest, feels like an abandoned part of the hotel. Really stuffy in the halls vs the main building and also messy in many places. There were the same dirty tea and coffee cups with spillages in the area where the ping pong tables are for three days running without being cleared up. The pools are good and look very nice but lack the variety and utility of the other properties which have swim up options and more for pre teen and teen children close by. The water park is very tired and dated now and is in need of better upkeep and updating. Again, compared with other properties the difference is quite stark. The food certainly elevates the hotel though and is very good. The Asian and Steak restaurants are exceptional and I would highly recommend them. Excellent food and fantastic food and drink. Well worth paying the supplement for. The Turkish and Italian restaurants serve very nice food as does the 24 hour bistro. I did find breakfast a bit lacking compared to other properties. The pools snack bar was good although choice was a bit limited. The ice cream and ice lolly bar was very good and the kids loved it. Service was a bit varied in our experience. Some was superb, as noted the Asian and Steak restaurants offered excellent service. The manager at the Asian restaurant was great and excellent with the kids. The people serving at the pool were also very good. However, in other parts service felt a bit lacklustre. The 24 hour bistro was a bit variable as it could sometimes take a long time and they would never return to your table to ask if you wanted another drink. We had a very bad service experience at the Turkish restaurant one evening. We were told there were no tables but we could see some. We were then begrudgingly taken to the table for someone sitting at another table to come and say he was reserving those, which for some reason the staff bowed to. We then saw another table and asked about that but was told children were sitting there and were coming back. Five minutes later another couple were shown to that table by that same waiter with us still standing there. We then asked to see the manager but they then relented and showed us to one of the other empty tables they said before that we could not have. Other families were coming in with no issue and the staff were also rearranging tables to accommodate them. The common denominator was that those guests were not English. I did feel "

"The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!"

"Overall, an amazing 6-night stay — and tonight is our last night here. A year ago, after a very disappointing experience in Turkey, I thought I would never come back. But Ethno Hotel completely changed my mind. I traveled alone with 3 kids of different ages, and all of us enjoyed this vacation so much. Rooms & territory — 10/10. Everything feels fresh, new, modern, and very clean. We had a spacious room with a jacuzzi, and housekeeping was excellent. The room was even prepared for the night every evening, which was such a nice touch. The hotel territory is beautiful, with so many stylish details and lovely spots everywhere. Food — 10/10. Huge variety, something new every day, and many à la carte options as well. Every meal felt enjoyable and high quality. Staff — 10/10. Everyone was always helpful and attentive. The QR code ordering system next to every sunbed is such a great idea, and the waiters genuinely try their best all the time. Service in all restaurants was excellent, and the personal assistants were always available and supportive. Special kudos to the hall team as well. Mini club deserves special mention. My kids never wanted to leave. There were so many different areas, workshops, and evening shows, but most importantly — the people working there were truly engaged with the children, and you can really feel it. That makes a huge difference. I also loved the concept of yoga, meditation, and workshops for adults — such a nice balance for parents. Honestly, I feel bad reading negative reviews about this hotel because our experience was truly wonderful. We will definitely come back again."

"We had an amazing stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek and it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The quality of all services was outstanding from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everything was organized professionally, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable and stress-free. This resort is truly heaven for children. There are so many activities, facilities, and entertainment options designed for families, making it a perfect destination for anyone traveling with kids. Our children had an unforgettable time, and that made our vacation even more special. The Ela mobile app was extremely useful throughout our stay. It made it easy to access information, make reservations, and communicate with the resort team, adding a modern and convenient touch to the overall experience. We would also like to thank the guest assistants for their excellent support. A special mention goes to Mehtap and Nice, who were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made a real difference and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options available throughout the resort. Every meal was enjoyable, and the culinary standards were consistently impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Japanese restaurant, Akari. The experience was totally perfect from start to finish. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional, making it one of the best dining experiences we have had during any holiday. Overall, our stay at Ela Excellence was fantastic. "Hotelli ei ole huono. Rannalla on paljon aurinkotuoleja. Altaan läheltä on vaikea löytää vapaata paikkaa. Ruoka on hyvää; 10-vuotiaan ruokkiminen ei ollut vaikeaa. Vesipuisto on erinomainen, mutta aurinkotuoleja on vaikea löytää. Ruoka on ihan ok. Viihdeohjelmat keskittyvät yksinomaan Eurooppaan ja Turkkiin. Lasten viihde on hyvää."
