The X Belek
"I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main "disaster" because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice."

"The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer. I didn't like that children under 10 aren't allowed in the gym, only 16 and up, and it's kind of absurd that bowling and billiards require a fee. Everything else is good so far. We'll extend our stay for a few more days and see."

"We stayed for one week at Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We would especially like to highlight our assistant, Esra Ersil, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. She was always attentive, highly motivated, and handled all of our requests immediately. We truly felt well looked after and appreciated as guests. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a real difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. A big thank you to her for making our stay even more enjoyable. The general service throughout the hotel was also very good. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and hardworking. Cleanliness across the entire resort was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the food did not fully meet our expectations. For a hotel of this category, we expected a higher culinary standard and have experienced better quality in other hotels. The furniture in the rooms also feels a bit outdated by now, especially the balcony furniture, which was disappointing for a luxury resort of this level. Despite these points, we still had a lovely week and felt very comfortable throughout our stay"

"Second visit to this hotel, our first visit was two years ago, pre refurbishment, it was beautiful then, now after the reverb it has a lovely modern feel without loosing the character of being surrounded by lovely gardens. Great beachside location and short walk into town with plenty shops, plus a market on a Saturday. Rooms - very clean and comfortable. We even got a welcome back bottle of wine and fruit in our room, which was a nice touch even though it’s all inclusive. Food - was excellent, plenty of choice in the buffet, the bistro was great for late breakfast, snacks and ice cream and lovely cocktails. Ate in three of the al a cart restaurants, Mediterranean - lovely outside location, excellent food and very attentive staff. Turkish - was a bit manic and disorganised, and did lack atmosphere, with one of the waitresses, who was lovely, doing most of the work, however the food was excellent. Chinese - was our favourite, the food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing. Pool areas were lovely, clean and spacious. Plenty of sun-beds around the pools no getting up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out. staff were lovely and very friendly. All in all a fantastic stay, would highly recommend and would come back again in the future. Our grandchildren loved the cats and gave them all names "

"I had a great stay at Ethno Hotel. The resort is impressive and similar to the pictures you will find on internet. Huge rooms, many swimming pools, large choice of restaurants and activities. The all inclusive package is even more than what I was expecting. The bars, cafe’s, ice cream cabana, the chocolate store, the arcade game room, the mini bar in room and all the entertainment is fully included. You can spend the week without your wallet ;) But I also liked the possibility to select few additionnal restaurants in the resort (I have tested Gaia, Umai and Lumiere). Even though it is a family resort, exceptional for kids, I was able to find more quite places for adults with dedicated restaurants. And as a French picky person, I have to say the food is good. Special thank you to Burcu and Ayse, my personal assistant. Always available on the app to answer my questions. But I have to think all the team for the welcoming everyday, from the rollerblade waiters by the pool to the reception or FnB team. I work in this industry for more than 20 years, visiting and experiencing more than 50 hotels per year and I had a great time here. I definitely recommend this hotel."
Belek Beach Resort Hotel
"We spent the last 7 days at Belek Beach Resort as a family of five (with children aged 8, 4, and 2), and it has been one of our best holidays. We were given two rooms right next to each other, which was perfect for us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and smells lovely throughout. The rooms were a good size, with modern fittings and a beautiful design. Our housekeeper, Ayşe, cleaned our room perfectly every single day. I can’t thank her enough—especially with small children making a mess! She was always kind, polite, and never once complained. On arrival, we had a room overlooking the car park. The next morning we spoke to reception, Nuriz kindly changed our room with no hassle or extra cost. We were so grateful, as we then had a beautiful sea view—which I really appreciated when the kids were napping or in bed early. We could hear some music from the evening entertainment, but it didn’t bother the children at all. A special mention to Mehmet, a waiter in the main restaurant, who was incredible—polite, professional, and so friendly with the kids. He always made sure we had drinks and checked in on us regularly. Marcus, the on-site photographer, was also lovely. He made a real effort to talk to us and get to know the whole family. Thank you, Marcus—we hope you have a wonderful wedding later this year! There is plenty to do around the resort. Although the hotel is busy, there are lots of sunbeds around both the pool and the beach. The beach is very close, relaxing, and has a beautiful view. There are also lots of additional activities throughout the day. The park area is great for the kids, and they especially loved the small rides, which are open from 12–3. There’s also an indoor games room, although we didn’t use it as there was so much to do outside and the weather was lovely. The kids especially loved the water slides and the children’s pool. There is also a quiet pool area for adults, which is a nice option. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, and attentive. We felt safe and very well looked after the entire time. The evening entertainment was great too—there was a kids’ disco followed by a 9pm show each night, and we enjoyed them all. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and a hairdresser on site. We only used the indoor pool once as we preferred being outside. If you want to shop, the stores inside the hotel are reasonably priced. The only small downside was that the food was quite similar each night. However, everything was well-cooked and full of flavour, so it didn’t affect our overall experience. It would just be nice to see more themed nights or for the outdoor food options to stay open a bit later. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out at no extra cost, as we had a night flight. Overall, I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. Everything—from the atmosphere and staff to the food, entertainment, and service—was excellent. I would highly recommend it to family and friends, and "

"Here atm . Arrived last night at 2am. No food was available but the guy at reception gave us a takeaway box each containing a baguette .drink , muffin and banana so was ok . Most of the staff are helpful but came across a few that weren’t that helpful and didn’t know much about local area ! Overall nice and clean hotel . Very big . Private beach area with sunbeds and umbrella.few shops on site so try and make sure you have got everything on your holiday to buy list as there’s nothing outside the hotel. Food is okay , standard all inclusive items but today surprisingly found another area we’re Mr Dinesh suprised us with Indian food. Wow must this must have been the only all inclusive hotel I have been to were I’ve seen Indian food with an Indian chef. I think the Hotel should promote this better as the food was on point !!!! Well done to Dinesh the chef !!! Overall not a bad place !!!"

There are so many activities, facilities, and entertainment options designed for families, making it a perfect destination for anyone traveling with kids. Our children had an unforgettable time, and that made our vacation even more special. The Ela mobile app was extremely useful throughout our stay. It made it easy to access information, make reservations, and communicate with the resort team, adding a modern and convenient touch to the overall experience. We would also like to thank the guest assistants for their excellent support. A special mention goes to Mehtap and Nice, who were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made a real difference and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options available throughout the resort. Every meal was enjoyable, and the culinary standards were consistently impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Japanese restaurant, Akari. The experience was totally perfect from start to finish. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional, making it one of the best dining experiences we have had during any holiday. Overall, our stay at Ela Excellence was fantastic. Everything was more than we expected, and we created wonderful memories as a family. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future. ## ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5"
