Good stay . Clean and cozy

I travelled without my own transportation. Quite difficult to to find food stall within walking distance

酒店外沒有寫上酒店名字，反而是其它的名字，讓我們一時轉來轉去找不到酒店，幸好接待員看到出來問我們，才知道其實已經找到酒店了。預訂了四人房，床還不錯，裡頭還有一個大浴缸，附近也有一些餐館

Very impressed with the interior design, warm and woody style. The hotel lobby looks like a high end showroom (i think they are literally selling nice furniture). Very clean and the daily housekeeping is good. Their home brand of shampoo and shower gel are very nice to use. Shower water is warm enough for me. Bed and pillows are very comfy. Table a bit small, difficult to do work. Rainfall shower head is leaking, cannot be fully turned off. The room has no cupboard and very limited hangers, poses challenges if your stay is longer. Every nights are disturbed by dog barks and a bunch of imbecile malays playing, screaming, and laughing downstairs.

I had high expectations after reading so many good reviews, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete disappointment. First, I had requested a high-floor room, but upon check-in, I was told that all rooms had already been assigned, and I was placed on the first floor. While this was frustrating, the real issue came when I arrived at my room, I was shocked to find animal poo inside. I immediately went to the reception, showed them a picture, and requested a room change. However, the staff was polite but did not apologize and simply told me that they could not switch my room. The only solution they offered was to have someone clean it up. Since I was in a hurry to go out, I reluctantly accepted this. When I returned that night, the mess had been cleaned, but the room had a persistent bad smell throughout my stay. To make things worse, the next day, I found animal poo in the same spot again. Additionally, at night, there were many wild dogs outside, barking loudly, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I was relieved that I was only staying for two nights. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

酒店環境還不錯一層有一些坐的地方，外面也有椅子，房間廁所也都很乾凈，空調也非常夠冷。 唯一比較不滿意的一點是我覺得是窗户的隔音，住的三層會聽到外面汽車的聲音，睡覺比較喜歡安靜會感覺有一點點吵。 但整體還是不錯的，在那一帶應該算是性價比和條件比較好的了。距離火車站和商場也靠近才兩三公里。

Muji style design is very comfortable and cleanliness was good.

overall place was quite near to places i was visiting. security of the place was good. More detailed of the things provided in the hotel would be better so that travers could be more prepared. otherwise the whole stay was perfect and cozy! the aesthetics of the hotel was pretty too!

Nice room and clean. Bilik pon luas dan sangat selesa. Recomended to book this hotel.
