The place are excellent although this building is abit old but they still manage till very clean especially the room after refurbishing super modern n clean so comfortable. The breakfast are super great and so many variety. I love their shuttle van to Ioi city mall so convenience we no need to drive out highly recommend

Kids pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked this hotel

good hotel for relax and biz

A hotel that is close to Kuala Lumpur and it’s suitable for families. Newly renovated and very clean. The children loves the swimming pool alot

入住體驗總評：基本需求達標，細節服務有待加強** 此次住宿整體環境舒適，房間清潔度與設施維護符合星級酒店水準，地理位置鄰近商圈亦屬便利。然而，**退房流程的服務細節**令人稍感失望：櫃檯人員全程缺乏基本笑容，且重複查詢房號（房卡已清楚標示資訊），顯現溝通效率與服務溫度不足。此外，**往返IOI City Mall的接駁車班次間隔過長**（目測約1小時一班），對於依賴酒店交通的旅客極不便利，建議至少調整為半小時一班以符合實際需求。 期待酒店能強化前線員工的服務培訓（如保持基礎禮儀、善用系統資料減少住客重複確認），並重新評估接駁車班次安排，以提升住客的整體滿意度。

位置好環境好

Located at Putrajaya, not close to KLCC but about 3 minutes drive to IOI city mall. Same stand as other Marriott’s hotel. My kids love the swimming poo cause it is heated and warm water.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The staff are friendly even though it is RAYA holiday peak season. Highly recommend to all for family trip
