H AVENUE HOTEL🏨 ここのホテルはまた泊まりたいくらい良かったです♥ その理由は駅から近く、大学が近いので飲食店やカフェも沢山ある事と、部屋が広くてキレイだからです🙂 そしてホテルの隣には24時間営業のマートもありました🛒 私が泊まった部屋はシャワーだけでしたが、浴槽がある部屋もあります🛁 また、新村駅も徒歩10分以内なので、買い物するのにも便利です🛍️ 駅の出口からも、ひたすらまっすぐ行けばホテルに到着するので、迷わず行けますよ😉 部屋の掃除も、毎日してくれました🧹 そして梨大駅の近くに23時までやっているチーズケーキ屋さんがあったので、また梨大に泊まったら、夜にケーキを食べに行ってみたいです🧀

昼間に部屋に居たら、いきなり部屋をノックされました。 そのときの言葉が驚愕でした。 「助けて下さい、助けて下さい」 です。 そのまま鍵を開けて部屋に勝手に入ってきました。 寝ていたので本当にびっくりしました。 ありえない日本語を発して、勝手に部屋に入ってくる従業員に1も与えたくありません。

下の1階にスーパーが24hであるので立地的にも便利です！！

🚨 BEWARE, THE ROOM PICTURES ARE MISLEADING. DON’T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!! 🚨 They advertise rooms with 15 pictures of modern, clean, spacious, and light-filled rooms with great views, but the actual room was not as anything like that. Upon checking in, I was immediately struck by the dirty elevator. When I arrived at my room, it was old and filthy, littered with hairs on the floor and bed. Moreover, over half of the power outlets, particularly those next to the bed, were non-functional. Despite my complaints, they only offered me an extension cord as a solution :/ Some of the amenities mentioned, such as a safe in the room, are nowhere to be found. Additionally, the mattress is not securely attached to the bed frame, causing it to shift throughout the night. DON’T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL !!!

訂房前已在網站得知衛生評價一般，但沒有想像中差。浴室沒有乾濕分離這點不好，有點霉菌但尚可接受。房間挺大，位置也方便。

단골이라서 더 이상 말할 필요가 없어요. 위치도 좋고 직원도 친절하고 깨끗해서 추천해요. 나중에도 여기서 예약할 예정이에요.

Плюс - расположение, лифты, чисто в номере, унитаз со всеми функциями)) Из минусов - в номере нет чайника, ни одного крючка в номере. Одни плечики для вещей. Вещи разложить объективно негде кроме пола и небольшого круглого стола без полок. Для одного хороший вариант на пару дней.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

가격대비 만족합니다. 2박 했는데 룸청소까지~ 간략한 조식도 있어요. 투숙객이 넘 많아서 룸으로 가져가서 먹었어요^^ 역까진 조금 걷지만 ~또 이용할 것 같습니다 ~

The room they initially gave me was quite run down. However, the front desk staff were quite helpful when I asked to change rooms. The quality of the rooms really varies a lot. My friends room was quite nice with a great view, but my room was much smaller with a really poor view, even though we booked the same type of room. So your experience could really be quite varied at this hotel. The location is really good and is near the subway and bus. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Cleanliness really needs to be improved as the room was quite dusty.

新村駅へのアクセスも良く、毎日14時にタオル交換、ゴミ捨てをしてくださいます。 フロントの方もとても親切でした。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりもしてくださいました。

Good value and location

我去咗咁多次韓國 今次係最差一間酒店。 大堂都可以。 但想到房呢 環境黑沉 設施相當之舊 枱櫈仲有生鏽的痕跡 ,牆壁有發毛 張床褥太舊喇冇彈性 !整體呢我第一次入去間房呢佢感覺呢 !係有啲嚇親嘅。 間房實在太餐喇沒有影到相呀 !唔想留下 唔好的記憶！
