El hotel maravilloso, con todo lo que uno espera de un 5 estrellas. El desayuno extremadamente caro por lo que no lo consideramos dentro de nuestra estadía. Está justo al lado del Lotte Tower. El personal muy amable y con buen nivel de inglés. Los restaurantes con sus platos deliciosos y finos. Realmente un lujo todo. Sin embargo, para nosotros turistas que queremos conocer la ciudad y sus maravillas antiguas, quedaba muy a trasmano de donde estaba la parte interesante del barrio antiguo. Acceder hasta allá en taxi se tarda una hora, con un trafico intenso, pesado y lento. El hotel esta ubicado a 12 kms del centro histórico de Seoul.

酒店很新，湖景房景觀很好，酒店服務人員態度挺好的，幫忙訂車訂餐廳，有疑問也熱情解答。周邊吃飯挺方便的，門口的雪糕店味道不錯，值得推薦。另mini吧是收費的。

酒店非常乾淨整潔，設計優雅時尚，酒店的服務非常好。酒店頂樓的酒吧有DJ表演。很喜歡，下次來首爾還會選擇這家酒店。

서비스 시설면에서 최고입니다. 다만 조식 시간이 1시간으로 정해져 있어 불편하였습니다.

酒店的服務人員都很熱情，而且英語也非常熟練，完全不會有交流困難。而且旁邊也就是樂天+美食街，非常方便出行～

I am so glad I booked my staycation here in sofitel. The room is big, clean and very nice bathroom interior. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I love their cafe and I love the jap restaurant! I've been a lot of japanese resto in Seoul or in some other hotels but here is the best! Until next time. I realy enjoyed my time here.

非常滿意的住宿

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it—especially if you’re traveling with kids. The service was great and incredibly attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly taken care of. The hotel is super kids-friendly, with an amazing kids’ room on the 5th floor that our little ones loved. The location couldn’t be better for families: Lotte Adventure World is literally around the corner, which is perfect if you’re traveling with kids aged 3 and up. The subway is also close by, making it easy to get around. We loved the convenience of having two malls connected to the hotel, filled with excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The breakfast was also a highlight—plenty of variety and something for everyone, whether you’re craving Asian or Western options. The gym and spa pool were super fresh and well-maintained, a great bonus for some downtime. And did I mention the service? Truly outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back.

조식이 너무 맛있어요,교통이 너무 좋고 석촌호수 너무 좋아요

這次非常期待的一家酒店，環境和地理位置都很好，但是服務實在是太差強人意了； 首先，酒店的被褥非常薄，在致電前台表示覺得太冷之後，前台告知免費的毯子沒有了，沒有辦法；在我自己提議是否被子可以有，表示被子要收費！ 那其實我很無奈的，衹是想解決房間的問題，變成硬向給到衹有收費被子的選項，或者酒店説可以在夜間12點的時候可以換房間，且這是他們和管理層溝通後的結果。 也就是，情願在12點拉着客人換房各種折騰，也不願意在自己沒有毯子的情況下，給到被子，幫助客人解決問題。 這樣的服務和體驗管理，實在配不上這樣的價格和集團形象。太失望了！
