This is ＜The Post Hotel＞We always feel that we are lacking, even though we are thinking about and trying to be more kind to those who have visited our diligently prepared space.We are so, so sorry and ashamed.Also, our staff is preparing in three stages,1. Cleaning, 2. Disinfection, and 3. Inspection, so that our customers can use a safer and cleaner space,But we were not prepared enough. We are so sorry.Also, when you tell us about the shortcomings, please let us know the date of use and the room number,So that we can check again which part was lacking.Next time, we will prepare, work hard, and check so that you will be satisfied in all aspects and feel very kind, not unkind, so that we can receive 5 stars happily.Please visit us again next time and check if there is anything we have improved!!Have a nice day today! Majoituspaikan vastaus: 감사합니다!!! ＜The Post Hotel＞ 입니다.예약상품은 14시 입실 상품과 도보전용 20시 입실 상품이 있습니다.고객님께서는 직접 저렴한 20시 상품으로 도보전용 상품으로 예약 하셨습니다.고객님께서 말씀하신 내용 대로라면 14시 상품으로는 어느 누구도 예약 하지 않습니다.충분히 설명을 드렸습니다. 그리고 연박 손님이여서 스텐다드룸이 아닌 디럭스 객실로 업그레이드도 해드렸는데그부분도 마음에 안들어 하셨습니다. 타 어플 통해 주차가능 상품으로 예약시 차액이 약 5만원 이상입니다.다만, 힘들게 방문해주신 고마운 고객님이여서 특별히 2만원에 주차까지 가능하게 해드렸습니다.그부분도 마음에 안드셨나요? 저희는 최대한 배려를 해드렸는데 배려를 해드리니 권리라고 생각하셨다면주말이나 평일 종일 주차비용 혹시 검색 해 보셨습니까?시간 되시면 잠시 시간 내시어 검색 부탁 드립니다.최선을 다하였는데 화만 내시는 고객님에게 더이상 얼마나 친절한 서비스를 제공해야 하는지정말 힘이 듭니다. 글은 그사람의 인성입니다. 잠시 시간 내시어 고객님께서 하셨던 말과 글에 대해 생각 부탁 드립니다.
