Room was not clean, met with two spiders, bathroom was too bug, could have used that space for more room space tho you can use the bathroom space for luggage storage

明洞の裏道にありとても動きやすい立地。 コンセントはSEタイプ。 値段にしてはかなりいいホテルだと思います。

チェックインしようにもフロントスタッフがいなくて電話で呼び出す感じ。荷物もフロント横に自分で置くスタイルに驚き…。部屋は思ったよりめちゃくちゃ狭くて掃除は行き届いてない。 立地は最高だけど、潔癖な方には全力でおすすめできません。 次も泊まるかと聞かれれば泊まらない！

明洞駅8番出口から徒歩3分。 場所が分かりやすいし、立地が良い。 24時間チェックインOKとのことだったが、 早朝と夜間は誰もいなくて、置いてある電話で 書いてある電話番号に連絡すると、ホテルの 人が来てくれるシステム。 私は英語が出来るので何とかなったが、 そうでないとこれは泣きそう。 私の部屋は5階の一番奥だったが、廊下の電球が 切れていて、夜間は真っ暗。 チェックインしたのが21:30だったので どこにドアがあるのか？どこにルームキーを ピッとするのか、ドアが開いたらどこに 電気のスイッチがあるのか、そもそも ルームキーを差し込まないと電気がつかないのか 何も見えなかった。 （添付の写真は朝6:40に撮ったものなので 廊下が少しは明るい） 転んだら危ないし、せめて、廊下は電気が つくようにしておいてほしかった。 また泊まりたいかと言うと、そうは思わない。 立地が良いとは言え、宿泊料金高すぎる。

The electric kettle in the room appears to be encrusted with a substantial buildup of mineral deposits, indicating inadequate maintenance and cleaning, which could compromise the functionality and sanitation of the appliance. The small size of the room, to the point that an open suitcase restricts the available walking space, suggests the room may not meet the expected standards of comfort and functionality. Moreover, the cables are not tied up properly. Overall, the general cleanliness and condition of the room do not seem to align with the guest's reasonable expectations. The only thing which is good about the accommodation is that the receptionist is helpful. He tried his best to fix the issues of the room. However, due to the unsatisfactory condition of the room, what he can do is limited.
