第二次入住了，依舊很好，工作人員很温暖，位置很方便，房間打掃的也很乾凈，下次依舊會再次選擇。

地點非常便利，飯店附近就是最熱鬧的區域，房間乾淨舒適，服務人員親切，很適合親子旅遊首，非常推薦弘大L7飯店

Convenient location. Provided drinking water on a daily basis. Was given some welcome snacks on arrival day. Hotel has laundry facility in the 5th level.

地點好，就在弘大，附近非常好逛，但是飯店房間空間小一點。

Hotel location is okay, room is very small and just basic for actual price but guess that is Seoul.

位置很好！ 房間冷氣也夠！但是工作人員的態度一般，例如最後一天行李寄存時，第一時間要客人寄付費locker, 由於只剩上層大locker租用，很難將28 KG 行李放上層，再找客服處理，才不情願地幫客人行李放大廳用繩子鎖上。明明大廳有10多個行李箱是這樣做法的。不理解！

位置便利，衛生情況良好，美中不足係健身設施不是24小時，以及泳池和健身設施也要收取費用

I used trip.com to call the hotel but don’t know why the function button not working so I use normal chargeable line to call the hotel. I told them I have a kid and would need early check in for 3 hours. I don’t mind paying for the extra early 3 hours check in. The hotel staff told me rudely in “like I say” u need to request from the desk counter on that day. N no guaranteed. I feel they are not helping and being rude using like I say.

Very good location and a very stylish hotel. very clean room and we like their lobby design. Staff was nice with good service standard. The view from the room was fantastic too.

很新很乾淨，過馬路就很熱鬧可以逛街，離地鐵也超近，附近還有很多公車可以搭

地理位置方便，金浦機場線幾站就到，地理位置就在弘大商圈中逛街及去各景點都方便，早餐總類較少有點可惜，飯店人員比較少笑容，
