UH Continental SeoulCenter

Loveeeee that this hotel is right smack in Myeondong. Also, city hall metro station is literally steps away from the hotel. Very easy to get around Seoul. Love the in-room bath!! Definitely the highlight of our stay. Next time we come to Seoul, we’re staying here again.

Very convenient location Nice and clean, very spacious suite with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers , all separated. Perfect for big groups If I have to hyper critical, no hooks or hangers for towels/jackets Can be quite dry in the room too. Over all a very good stay. Will book again if traveling with a big group or family. Bonus: a skincare clinic on second floor of hotel with great consultation and treatment.

Newly opened hotel, modern and clean design. However had a bit of paint smel

Strange smell as we entered the room but it went away after the power was turned on. Service could be better but it was not too bad. Need more hooks to hang stuff in the shower area, similar comment to many others who have stayed. It’s on the quiet side of myeongdong. Nice view from my room of the palace and City Hall. We will still stay again.

Housekeeping service includes emptying the trash bins, replenishing bottled water, and replacing towels only. Toilet and spa bathtub cleaning are not included in the daily in-stay service. There’s no hotel amenities provided.

The location is good, close to shops and restaurants, but the service is quite bad. The hotel did not provide the room cleaning, only refill water and clean the garbage in the bin. We have to clean all the glass and cups by ourselves, also need to clean the waste on the table. As a spa hotel, the housekeeper did not even clean the spa bathtub, the water remain in the bathtub as we left. I booked 3 bedrooms suite which can fit for 8 ppl, but the hotel only refill 6 bottles of water everyday. The room did not have telephone, the guests need to contact the concierge through WECHAT or WHATSAPP, but it takes half day to reply us. I do not know if they running out of manpower or just set the service level as it is.

Absolutely top class, we had another hotel for a couple of nights in Seoul and we didn’t want to leave this one.

Location is the key. Very near Myeongdong Shopping Street. There are Starbucks and convenience stores nearby. Room facilities are not good. It’s an accessibility room but no hooks for towel or space for putting clothes or toiletries which is inconvenient. No table in the room … can’t work. No tea bag or coffee in the room. Anyway, was a bit disappointed. Room is clean though.

New hotel with good service. A lot of food by walking distance . You can walk to the Main Street via underground shopping district
