This place is tucked into an alley, bit hard to find the first time because the entrance is very narrow. Overall location is great, close to subway, Cheonggyecheon stream, restaurants and the area felt safe, both during day and late at night. Room was big enough and clean. Bathroom was alright but could use more shelving space. Sound proofing is so so, we could hear other guests talking in the corridor/lounge area the floor below. The reception isn’t open 24/7 and the entrance door requires a code so if you arrive when there is no one you will run into an issue. There was no one at reception when we were checking out so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the suitcases in (open) storage for few hours. No elevator. Kitchen/lounge area offers free drinking water and use of water heater/kitchen utensils. There’s also washer and dryer there but the charge is unreasonably expensive (10k won each). Overall it’s an alright place but would be better with more easily available human staff presence.

There are a lot things we like about this lodging but the very best thing is the manager Eric who speaks English, is helpful and very responsible (he really manages the place well and stays beyond his working hours). We booked a taxi to the airport and were on the way to pick up our luggages but an unexpected major road closure on a Saturday evening nearby massively delayed us. It was past his working hours but he stayed to help us with luggages and to liaise with the van driver, all with a good attitude. He deserves a pay raise!

整體都很一般，還有很多不足。離地鐵口也不近，位置特別難找在一個小巷子裏。訂的是家庭四人房間，但真的非常非常小，壓根兩個人都沒辦法同時走過，行李箱都很難放下。回來後發現給我們的壓根不是四人間是比那個房間更小的。不過最好的地方是他有公共使用微波爐熱水機什麼的設施，還是不錯的

Проживали с подругами в номере на троих человек, удобно, чистенько. Единственное, влажность высокая, ночью было довольно прохладно. На утро всегда просыпались мокрыми. Стафф чудесный, на все вопросы всегда отвечал, подсказывал куда сходить или где покушать Расположение невероятно удобное. От автобусной остановки менее трех минут. До метро 5, до остановки в аэропорт тоже около 5 минут. Вся транспортная доступность. До ближайшего CU около минуты  В следующий раз с удовольствием вернемся в это же место

接待的人很友善，因為和家人出發的日子不一樣，所以訂了一晚單人的房間和三晚的三床房間，但第一天到達民宿時，被告知直接入住家庭房，可以不用那麼麻煩，這個安排十分便利！安排彈性處理，十分方便！

nice service!! 要行樓梯，老闆會幫手搬 有問題佢都會好耐心解答 地理位置方便，近兩個地鐵轉車站 有水機，微波爐可以煮食

Отличное место: комфортно, чисто, очень отзывчивый персонал, удобное расположение.

Отличное местоположение, владелец Эрик хорошо говорит на Английском, помогал все наше путешествие и интересовался как у нас дела. В комнатах чисто, раз в два или три дня прибирались, нареканий нет)

Расположение хорошее от достопримечательностей, метро рядом. Вокруг строительные магазины, но нас это не отвернуло.Прилетели ночью, добирались на такси, найти не сложно. За ранее прислали код доступа. Комната чистая, уютная, места нам вполне на троих хватило.

I stayed here twice during my trip to Seoul. The manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, making it easy for foreign travelers. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find since it's tucked away in a small alley surrounded by electrical and hardware stores—I spent nearly 20 minutes locating the entrance. However, the area itself is quite convenient, just a few metro stops from Myeongdong, with plenty of dining options nearby and even a palace to explore. While the facilities are basic, they’re sufficient for a short solo stay.

大好きなドラマのロケ地に近いこともあり、予約しました!かなりDEEPな電気屋街の中にあり、はじめは少し戸惑いました(笑)が、スタッフの方々も良いかたで、清潔感もあり、また必ず宿泊したいと思っています。

很好！出遊很方便

市場まで徒歩でいけるので、立地はよかったです。 昼間に宿に到着したので、場所は迷いながら無事到着しましたが、 夜だと、薄暗くてよくわかりにくい場所にあります。 部屋は綺麗で、よかったですが、お湯が出ませんでした。 受付の方に相談したら、別の部屋はあいてないとのこと。 観光にきたので、ずっと部屋にいてるわけにもいかず、 すぐ出かけたかったので伝えると、 外出中になおしてくれるとのことでした。 夜部屋に戻って、お湯を出してみたら、出たので安心したのですが、すぐ出なくなりました。 ぬるま湯しか出ません… 朝もためしたしたが、ぬるま湯のみ… 9時半に、受付はおらず、諦めました。 ちゃんと点検してほしいです。お湯がでないとシャワーできません。
