Staff was friendly, the room was quite small but overall good value for money given the proximity with the train station.

房間雖然小了一點，但是裡邊東西齊全，睡覺沒有問題，畢竟地理位置好，交通便利，非常容易找，房間整潔乾淨舒適，裡邊羽絨被。

I had a negative experience with a staff member at this hotel (the *** one) We arrived early with my two babies and were hoping to check in early. However, the staff was unhelpful and told me to cancel my reservation. When I asked for information about nearby hotels, he said he didn't know. He then asked us to leave because he wanted to close. Even can’t wait for us to find taxi with the condition whether at -2 degree . On our second day, we were asked to be quiet while eating in the cafe area, even though there was no one else around. This staff member's behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. He is discriminating us. I urge the owner to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect.

Отличное местоположение, удобная кровать, хорошая общая комната с чаем)кофе/стиркой. Размер комнаты маленький, но и стоимость соответствующая. Отель оправдал ожидания. До ближайшего выхода из метро номер 10 всего 200 метров. Но мы так и не нашли переход напрямую с Airport train. Пришлось пройти по улице.
