The location is perfect, right at Myeongdong! Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. I can’t think of any reason not to like this hotel.

國慶時帶家人去的。位置不錯呀，就在明洞，樓下就是步行街，隔壁還有中國大使館，妥妥的安全，哈哈哈！斜對面是新世界百貨和樂天免税店。附近還有個日默瓦。不過百貨八點半就關門了，大家要早點去呀。百貨地下有超市。房間的飲料不免費，大家可以去超市買好了放冰箱裏。房間比較小，畢竟位置擺在那裡。總體來説還不錯的。

酒店位置非常好，位於明洞中心，附近有兩條地鐵線，酒店設施亦非常齊全，有恆溫泳池所以在冬天亦可以暢泳。 一進入大堂，會員會有免費的飲品和小零食，立刻就有賓至如歸的感覺。事前用email溝通我們的需求，通知酒店我們可能中途會多一位家人到訪，有機會安排加床，雖然最後只有兩位住客，酒店亦已提前準備三人份的必需品和處理我們的其他要求。 房間非常舒適，水壓充足，水溫足夠，在冬天亦非常溫暖，每日的打掃清潔非常乾淨，可以用平板電腦要求提供更多毛巾及必需品，所有需求都在短時間內滿足客人的需要。這是我第3次入住，體驗完美，未來如果到首爾旅遊亦會首選這間酒店。

Hotel service was great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my 7 y/o niece and was given a room that is near to the lift lobby. In-room dining was good but the ordering system could be better. Ordering system was slightly unfriendly.

酒店在明洞核心區，距離地鐵站步行5分鐘左右，對面是中國大使館。酒店大門不太好找，1樓南側臨街的門沒有標識，而且22點鎖門，要繞道北側從車行道或人行道下到B1才能進入。樓內有兩個酒店，艾美酒店前台在4樓。 房間非常舒適、乾淨、整潔，和韓國通常只有20平米上下的房間相比非常寬敞。每天還送了開床糖果。樓道里還有辦公室，可以開會，裏面還有電腦、打印機等辦公用品，不知道韓國人是多愛工作。 早飯種類豐富，薑汁梨湯開胃小飲料很特別。會員還可以在大堂免費領取哈根達斯冰激凌和咖啡、牛奶等熱飲。
