AVOID THIS PLACE! we went there today and I ordered chicken taliwang and the chicken was UNDERCOOKED, THE BLOOD IS CAME OUT FROM THE CHICKEN WHEN I SLICE THE MEAT and I called the staff there to check the chicken out and he put back the chicken in the oven, after a while the staff came to our table and bring me the chicken back , and the chicken was OVERCOOKED chewy like RUBBER. I called the staff and told him about the chicken and the other 2 staff came to me and BLAMED ME AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT TO PUT THE UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN BACK TO THE OVEN BACK, HOW RUDE! I told them to try the overcooked chicken but they didn’t. Here I took the picture of the dry chewy chicken rubber . Absolutely terrible, don’t even try to come here . Absolutely rude staff telling me to eat undercooked blood chicken . I wish I took a pic of the undercooked chicken but I didn’t

Mauvais service. Personnel peu serviable et pas flexible. Service de 8h à 21/22h, après plus rien. Surcharge de 5% sur les plats et boissons commandées pour le service, alors qu'on paye déjà assez chère sa chambre. Restaurant assez bon mais n'avait plus plusieurs plats. Jus dilués à l'eau. Plus de vin lors de notre séjour. Éloigné de Kuta, rien autour de l'hôtel a part de belles plages. Prix des taxis très chers. Belle piscine débordante, et belle vue avec un beau couché de soleil. Arrondi vers le dessus le prix bien que proche du dessous. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix est faible. Manque d'équipements dans les chambres (exemple: café, thé, essuies de piscine). Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en début de soirée et nous avons demandé la location d'un scooter pour nous rendre sur Kuta la soirée. Le tarif était celui d'une journée complète et ce pour 2 heures uniquement. Malgré notre demande d'un prix réduit au vu de la durée de la location, aucun geste n'a été octroyé. La deuxième journée de notre séjour, nous avons loué le scooter pour la journée. En rentrant à l'hôtel en fin de journée, avant de repartir sur Kuta, la réception nous a indiqué que le scooter devait être rentré pour 21h ce qui ne m'avait jamais été indiqué. Au vu de notre insistance a pouvoir profiter de notre soirée en ville, ils ont exceptionnellement accepté de nous le laisser jusqu'à minuit au plus tard.

a very suitable place for reatreat or party with friend and siblings. i stayed there for 2 days and i ffeel just like most comportable place to stay, but unluckyme, i got only two days for holiday, need more time to be there. really love the food all made from so very fresh localy grown vegetable and local fruit. friendly staff also can always be your friend anytime you need something. not only that, the stunning sunset and sunrise we just enyoit from the roof of this hotel,.

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches y no nos encantó... Hay que subir una cuesta importante para llegar al hotel, por lo que caminando estaba la cosa complicada. Sin transporte estás un poco abandonado en medio de la nada porque de la playa más cercana hay 15 min caminando que con el calor y la cuesta se hacen un poco largos. Deberían tener algún tipo de transporte para facilitar el acceso, por lo menos hasta las playas porque la otra playa que está al otro lado tardas media hora caminando. Si tienes moto la cosa cambia un poco. La habitación en general está justita. No hay almacenaje, literalmente, no hay ni un cajón donde colocar nada. No hay tele. El baño estaba muy fuera de los estándares Europeos. La zona del váter estuvo siempre mojada, se mojaban los pies siempre que ibas al baño. El suelo de la ducha hacía daño porque era de piedras pequeñas. La verdad que no era muy agradable ducharse ahí. Sin embargo lo que más nos disgustó fue un día que fuimos a cenar a las 21:00 ( ellos cierran el restaurante a las 22:00, lo pone en su libro que tienen en recepción) y nos dijeron que estaban cerrados. Yo les enseñé el libro donde ponía sus horarios y el chico de recepción de por la tarde se rió diciendo que si no había clientes cerraban antes... No sé muy bien qué éramos nosotros para ellos entonces...(Tener en cuenta que no hay más opciones de cenar por allí) Nos dijeron que sólo nos hacían un plato para no ensuciar la cocina porque ya la tenían recogida. Mi pareja sí tomó esa opción pero lamentablemente a mí no me gustaba la opción que ofrecieron así que esa noche no pude cenar. Por el precio que pagamos hay hoteles mucho mejores y más serios. La piscina sí nos gustó, tiene vistas bonitas y es agradable.

A heavenly setting, food as colorful as it is delicious, fresh local produce. The staff are attentive, warm and helpful. We had a wonderful week, with an incredible view from Tanju 1, the pool and the hotel restaurant. The domes are a harmonious construction that keeps the room cool. The surf spot is 5 minutes from Domes and the airport less than 20 minutes away. A pleasure to enjoy in-room massages and a top-notch scooter rental service. We'll be back :)

Bel hôtel à l'architecture originale , ouverture récente (un peu isolé au milieu de nulle part), encore en bon état , le personnel est aimable et efficace, cependant alors que l'hôtel annonce du wifi il n'y en a pas ... et le deuxième jour , on n'a plus d'eau pour la toilette !!! Le restaurant sert des plats sains très bons et très bien présentés. Les petits déjeuners idem ....cependant, pas sûre, vu l'entretien et les difficultés locales que ce bel hôtel dure des années....

Enoyed 3 night at the dome resort. Lovely place and a perfect lombock getaway! Great healthy food and a view you never get tired of. Felt like living in a fairtail. Also a good price for what your getting. Big spacious domes. And you can’t miss the chocolate mousse. To die for!

Hotel à l'architecture très originale dominant la vallée , mis en service en début d'année tout y est encore en bon état chambres tout confort (on.avait un appartement de deux chambres avec salle de bain et cuisine exterieure et terrasse solarium sur le toit , on y mange très bien de la cuisne saine , ils servent de très bons cocktails et le personnel est très aimable . Mieux vaut être motorisé ( vous pouvez louer des scooters sur place) .
