Palette - Hotel Deepali Palace

Talking about the restaurant, the food is ok. Only good thing is ambience. The waiters, staff... As if you are in a village wedding. They are dirty, untidy and no etiquette of a server. Of course, this is a very backward city of MP. But, if you have spend so much money in constructing such a beautiful place then why the staff is not modern. Personal hygiene and restaurant hygiene.. Forget it.. It's nowhere to be seen. We were sitting in infinity cafe. I mean typical desi village crowd had come for swimming and some of them were swimming with suits and full clothes and with that entering the restaurant. No one to stop them. U order something, it comes after half n hour and that also wrong. We had to tell the waiter to grab a pen and paper to write the order. Oh such a backward place sagar is.

F&B services are really poor here. It was pretty average experience at this hotel. Cleanliness ✅✅✅ Overall clean property Food ❌❌❌❌ Breakfast buffet was served in lawn. All the food options were stale as left in open air for too long. Idlis dried completely, sambar cooled down, parathas got hard and tasteless. I requested them to serve in room but it was exactly same food taken from counter and kept on a small plate. Everything mixed and the presentation looked really poor. Even the food was carried in open without any cover lid/foil. No response from In room dining number after the order got placed. One of the worst eating experience I’ve ever had during my all hotel stays. Maintenance ❌❌❌ washroom shower tap was damaged and got repaired after 2 days of continuous calls to reception. It was one of the worst hotel stays

I was stayed with hotel deepali palace Stayed and just simply wonderstruck by services provided by housekeeping team excellent services and ensure we are served with everything requested and promised by manager and also provided that too on time. A very nice towel bouquet made for me, housekeeping services just like brand hotels,I highly recommend everyone to visit this hotel,it's very beautiful resort.when came Sagar sure will back stay here.
