Harris Resort Waterfront Batam

If u r looking for a quiet area to lounge in, the hotel is 30 mins away from the city buzz. That said, to stay in and enjoy the hotel requires good restaurants and amenities. The morning buffet has variety but quite basic, not very appetising. We didnt do other meals, some items at room service is pricey. They had 3 baby chairs but all had large cracks on the bum area. We came as 3 families for the pool which was big enough but needs maintenance. Tiles on the edges had fallen off, algae can be seen a lot. The children’s slide is very old, metal staircase rusty, slides discoloured, nothing like the photos in the listing. Pedal boat rental 15 mins for 60,500 IDR. Small fee and they didnt really police the timing. sandy area doesnt look good so we didnt go, so what good is a resort when you cant really enjoy the resort vibe fully. We really wld like to commend the service staff for the sincere and warm hospitality. the smiles were the silver lining. the hotel isnt bad, its basic. we just wld have preferred a higher quality so its on us.

Chilling environment and spacious room. It's a environmental friendly hotel. Staffs are friendly and nice view from the hotel room. A great place for family leisure time. You don't have the time to feel boring at all since the hotel offered quite some activities if you don't plan explore the city by yourself.
