The management for extremely cordial and informative, also help me with different aspects of the trip like arranging tour around the area and Serra da Estrela, also arranging taxis and promptly responding when I ask for help to move around by buses."

"The location is excellent with a fantastic view of the Star Serra. The rooms and common areas are very comfortable. The spa area is fantastic, with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and Vichy shower. The hotel is ideal for children but also for a romantic retirement or just for rest. About the restaurant, it is amazing! ...exceptional service and food. Regional food but not only! With all this, we are still welcomed by a very close and friendly staff who made us feel really at home. I recommend much!!"
