The property was good but the bathroom were not good the switch board is open inside it comb was not given to me

Property is good but service is very slow

I booked Super deluxe room, which was not prepared properly at 8 pm check-in, I complained, they upgraded me to Villa. I checked out at 6 am next day, but appreciate manager is swiftly moving me to better option

The stay has been nice, the hotel staff was supportive also the food was just amazing. Cheers, recommended!

The atmosphere is very good. The breakfast is also very good. It is a huge property. The staff is also very cooperative. Overall a good experience

We had booked a grand villa for two days. But after check in we saw bathroom was full of cockroaches, jacuzzi was very dirty, and the room was smelling badly. We asked them to change room, they told us another grand villa is not available, but a cottage is available. So we shifted to cottage but that too was dreadful. A tail of lizard was on the sofa, when we complained to housekeeping a person came and threw the tail, when i insisted to check again, we saw a blood soaked lizard was resting behind the sofa pillow. With many efforts they could take her out. The jacuzzi here too was very dirty. Washroom was ant-home. No hot water was available in tapes, and when complained about it, they said open the tape for atleast 1/2 hr. But still it was unavailable. The quality of breakfast was poor, with very limited options. The exteriors was maintained, but the interiors were dreadful. It's just a waste of time and money to stay there.
