Perfect location in the heart of Seaside, between the commercial district and beautiful Ruskin Place, just steps to all the action and a short walk to the beach. You will get 2 beach wristbands to access the private Seaside beach at the Coleman Pavilion. This cozy and charming studio is bright and modern. It has recently been updated. There is a king size bed, dining table, smart TV and fully stocked kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is one full bathroom with a shower and a closet for storage. This is a perfect unit for a couples get away. Parking is first come first serve. There is no reserved parking spots. We will leave a parking pass to park in the paid parking area inside of the studio. This is a self check in unit. Small but had everything we needed. Perfect for a couples getaway for a few days. We didn’t need our car for anything. The beach was steps away and so were the shops and restaurants! We loved it!

Room was as described. Property management was quick to answer questions. It has been some time since I visited Seaside and was surprised that we had to pay daily for pool usage. The terms were listed at the bottom of the amenities list.

Seaside’s Best This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance.

Just the basics This is a cute little place right in the heart of Seaside. A simple studio apartment with the basics. This is perfect for a place to lay your head. If there had been some wall mounted shelves/cubbies for storage, it would have felt a little roomier. Overall it was great!

10/10 Room was very clean and very cozy. Perfect location in relation to beach/shopping. Communication with host was phenomenal! Will certainly be staying here again

Seaside Stay Overall, it was a great place for a single or couple to stay for a few days. It's on the small side so anything more than 3 days might be too long. Only complaint is parking. There is NO assigned parking spot! You have to fight everyone else for a spot which can be tough in Seaside!

Weekend wedding Location was fantastic! Place was clean and neat. However, we were only left one roll of toilet paper (I feel there should have been an extra roll). Also no shampoo or soaps were offered. Also no beach chairs were offered and very skimpy beach towels. One really needs to be thrown out! For the price we felt the unit under delivered..
