The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a delicious low country meal. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience as well. Ceiling fans in the living room, sun room and both bedrooms provide added comfort if desired. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with table and seating for 6. The spacious living room features a 55" HDTV with cable, and DVD. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room area to the spacious sunroom that is the perfect place to read a book, play games or just enjoy a meal around the table with seating for 4. There is also a daybed in the sun room with a trundle bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. Sliding glass doors lead to the sun room. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 33" HDTV. The master bath has a single vanity with marble counter top and a tub/shower combination. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and hall access bath. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle.
