The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, Smart TV, and newly updated en suite bath. The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, tiled shower, marble floor and hair dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed with newly updated en suite bath. This bathroom features a quartz vanity, tile floor and tiled shower. The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en suite bath. This bathroom also has a quartz topped vanity with tile floor and tub/shower combination. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well. There is no access to the garage. * Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
