Minutes from freeway, shopping, restaurants, TPC, Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland, hiking/biking trails/parks, etc. * Guests must disclose the exact number of occupants prior to arrival. There are to be no more than 10 occupants at the property at any given time. There’s a $25 charge per person per night after 6 guests for additional incurred expenses. In case of a violation, guests will be dismissed from the property and violations will be reported. * There’s a daily charge of $150 to use the heated pool should guest choose to heat the pool. Please notify hosts ahead of check-in. Heated pool may not be available during extreme low temperature* * Enjoy the jacuzzi for free for 4 hours each night; additional time can be added for just $20 per extra 4 hours. * Once booked, guest will be emailed a waiver form to sign, along with the house rules.
