Situated on Lake Guntersville which is home to the best bass fishing in the world, this location is perfect for fisherman and vacationers alike. • 5 bedrooms, black-out curtains • 3 ½ bathrooms • TVs in each room and screened-in back porch • Large 75" tv in game room for game day or your gaming console/pool table/shuffleboard • Fully stocked kitchen/ seating for 8/ Table in game room for 6/ Bar for 2 • 5 bedrooms sleep 13 and 3 Couches ********Main Suite-1 K/1 T ********Primary – 1 Q, with unobstructed view of the lake ********Bed 2 – 1 Q ********Bed 3- 1 Bunk T/F ********Bed 4 – 1 Bunk T/F • 2 Laundry Rooms (Main level/3rd level) • Family size Traeger Grill (pellets are provided, if more is needed Bruce’s Foodland around the corner sales them) • Family size charcoal (charcoal is provided) • Outside plug is in grill area for charging boat battery (extension cord NOT provided) Boathouse/Dock • 1 Boat Slip • Cleats for 5 boats • 1 ladder into the water • Electrical outlets (extension cords NOT provided) Boat Launch @ Jackson County Park – 1 mile from house (end of the street) The park also features a walking trail and playground. The property ended up being great for our family visit. We were in Scottsboro to visit our mother/ grandmother who wss extremely ill so we were close to where she was. The house was large enough to accommodate us all.It was near the restaurants as well.

Perfect spot for larger families We had a great time here. We rarely left the property because there was so much to do. Lake time, smores in the fire pit, pool, shuffleboard, movie nights, etc. The house was clean and enough rooms for everyone. Host was very responsive to my questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great family time, good location, needs to be cleaned better. The tubs upstairs had to be cleaned before we could put our 9 month in for a bath. It was really hard to adjust temperature in the house.

4th Fun We had the best time. House was perfect for all of us. Really enjoyed the dock area and screened in porch. Kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could need. Would for sure stay again.

Great location, great dock, house had alot of room. The lake itself had alot of algea and grass growing around the dock when we were there which made it difficult to use for our boats until we cleaned it out with a take we find in garage. Even then, the boat and seadoos got clogged constantly coming in and out of our channel. They also didn't tell us there would already be a pontoon docked there taking up the best usable space out there. Would have been nice to know. House and surrounding were run down, not very clean and contained alot of personal effects that made it more cluttered. Kitchen was well equipped but very poorly organized and quite dirty. We cleaned it up and washed everything before we used it for ourselves. Outside was very overgrown but would look really nice with a little TLC. Overall the place has great potential but was missing the mark.

Great location, plenty of parking We stayed here for 10 days and the location is within 15 minutes of Goose Pond, where we fished out of most days. The parking is insane, we had 4 boats with trucks and it was a breeze. When we go back we will be staying there again. The host was great, great communication and very cordial to our needs.
