I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel], and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The heating system of the hotel did not work. I asked reception, they told me they were fixing it. After a while, they gave me a handy heating fan which was so noisy and didn’t heat well.
