The room was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The only improvement would be an upgrade to the in-room coffee, but otherwise, everything was fantastic. The gym had exactly what I needed, and a special thanks to Nancy M. and Erin for their excellent service! It would be great if there were a QR code in the room to allow guests to tip housekeeping digitally, as I rarely have cash on hand. Thank you!

Vavun at the front desk took such incredible care of me and a giant room block I was handling. He took his time and was so patient as he took care of all the details. On top of that they changed my room upon request when I asked for it. Great experience!

We stayed here one night. We were very tired and at our wits end after trying to navigate downtown Chicago. This place was a clean, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the pool but the beds were super comfortable. The AC was heavenly. Breakfast was ok. Orange juice was A+ and coffee was quite good. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Chicago.

Very nice hotel. My daughter and I were in town for some girl time, and I wanted a quiet hotel. This was perfect! Apparently there was a computer glitch before we arrived and the lobby was full of unhappy people waiting for their rooms, but we got a room right away. The hotel was close enough to everything we wanted to do, clean, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! My only complaint is there were no usb ports. I think this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in 5 years that had no usb ports!

We had a short, one night stay. After a long flight back to Chicago, this hotel was ideal for us. It’s a nice hotel with a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was fairly quiet. The free breakfast is open from 6a-9a. They offer an assortment of different options. I got some scrambled eggs with sausage, an apple and a milk. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool. Perhaps, with more time, I’ll use it during my next stay. On the other side of their parking lot is a great restaurant called The Local. I would highly recommend it, considering it’s a very short walk from the hotel.
