A vast improvement since we visited early last year. A new manger has taken over and the food has improved and the service in the restaurant and bar is many times better. The entertainment we saw was way above the average budget hotel class expected.

A nice stay
This hotel is a little tired and date, the rooms could do with being refurbished and having new furniture but I do love the location, views and ease of parking.

Disgusting hotel do not stay
Disgusting substandard room, ceiling water damaged and coming down, bath panel hanging off, wardrobe falling apart, table leg held together with masking tape, room smelling, nothing like photos, refused room, assistant manager victoria after contacting manager jo promised us a refund if we were not satisfied with room if we did not stay, which we did, 3 days later money has been taken from account, it shows you what sort of people are in charge of this run down building

All good and happy
All good. Very happy with my stay. Cgeck in quick and easy. Late checkout discussed and happy with the 12 oclock offer.
Comfortable hotel.
Bathroom could do with an update but it was fine for a quick one night stop over.
Brilliant sea view. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff dated rooms. furniture poor in bedroom wooden headboard polished that must your hair was matted in the morning. Damp stained wall carpets dated. Tuesday night act was good rest was okayish. If you are disabled mobility scooters are not allowed at the hotel. Unless they are left outside overnight.

Hotel is a little tired but it's beautiful. Great view from our room over beach and sea Simon and his staff can't do enough for you and they are all so helpful and friendly Room comfy and warm Food portions small but delicious and adequate No hairdryer or iron in room but available on request

Room was small but adequate, but the amazing views from both windows certainly made up for it.
Room was not dirty but lots of old cobwebs hanging from ceiling and fluffy dust on lights.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable due to thin mattresses (maybe time to replace with better quality). Bathroom was clean but a little cramped.
But ........ Despite the somewhat negative comments, we will definitely return to this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay.
The stay was made all the better for the attentiveness of the staff who were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend.
