Beautiful , clean , comfy bed dining room gorgeous clean service & food spot on . We are pensioners & been to a show at the spa got back to our hotel at 10.15pm thought we’d have a night cap in the bar ! no bar that’s why I only give it 4 stars , we are older & didn’t feel up to going round the pubs just didn’t feel safe , apart fm that it was a lovely stay

Only one good thing about this hotel comfy clean bed. The hotel is very shabby. Needs refurbishment. The bathroom sink was cracked. Black mould around the bath. Mould and rotten window frame. Wallpaper peeling off in bedroom.we paid extra for a better room… wasted our money. The price was way too high for the standard of room. We will definitely not return.

Would highly recommended this hotel It’s in a fantastic location close to everything. Staff was very welcoming and friendly breakfast was excellent. Nice little touches in room such as tea/coffee and shower gels , really comfy bed room was spotless as was bathroom.

We choose this hotel every time. The rooms are THE BEST in Scarborough. The staff and the owners are lovely and welcoming. Best beds, best pillows, best towels and very clean hotel. Great quality extras in the room. Everything you need. You gotta try it!

We have been very pleasantly surprised by this wonderful place❤️ Immaculate, extremely comfortable, brilliant location, wonderful staff. We had room 14, great room with great views. Breakfast put some 5 star hotels to shame to be honest, faultless

Good central hotel very clean , beds comfortable pillows I found to soft could do with some extra a little firmer plenty places for clothes.Bathroom was also nice and clean every thing you need.Did not have breakfast as we rise late. We were in bedroom Five first floor so we didn’t have to use lift.

Lovely clean hotel throughout. Rooms are clean and loads of storage. tea coffee facilities in the rooms. Beds are very comfortable . I wish i could of taken it home with the pillows too. Staff are fantastic and very polite. Nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast was beautiful and perfectly cooked every day. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location was amazing. Multiple storey car park around corner as there is only parking for 3 hours at the front.

really lovely guest house. Nice big rooms comfy beds and really clean. breakfast was amazing and definitely worth the £10 per person. would highly recommend. ideal location and nice little touchs such as extra quilts and fans.

My partner and I stayed at Riviera Town House for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, we had no issues with noise and slept very well, though it was very quiet anyway with it being October. The location of the hotel was great, just a 5 minute walk downhill to get to the seafront. We payed for breakfast as well and it was lovely, there was a selection of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and pastries, as well as a full English breakfast to enjoy. We opted for this both days and it was delicious. Also, the staff at the hotel were very friendly :)
