Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District

너무 괜찮았어요 꿀잠 잤어요

很不錯的酒店服務不錯

Nice and new. Good amenities with a full sit-down cafe downstairs and a bar serving food upstairs. Staff was friendly - from the guys at the door to the wait staff. Great location just a block off Bay St. Convenient self-parking garage just across the street. Bathrooms are good size and laid out well. Showers are great. Wife appreciates the chair and vanity mirror outside the bathroom. There's a steamer for dewrinkling clothes - convenient touch. Plenty of outlets around the room. Bed was mid - a little firm. Huge smart TV with ability to log into a few of the streaming apps (not all). One bad thing is a lack of bottled water. Instead you can fill up a plastic cup (no lid) with tepid water. No ice machine either - at least not on the 7th floor. Whole place is very clean and very little noise at any time, and we were here on a weekend. I would highly recommend staying here for a nice, well located hotel.

Our stay at Tempo was great. It’s walking from River St which has lots to do. The check in and out process is very easy and convenient. The valet Lewis was prompt and very kind. I definitely recommend anyone stay here that’s visiting Savannah.

The entire hotel experience was amazing. I am especially grateful to the hotel valet. I was met by John-Michael and he was attentive and very professional. Thank you also to each valet attendant I encountered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better. The front desk lady Talia was also quite helpful in the check in process A special shout-out to Salia, the valet attendant, who was absolutely fantastic! Salia was friendly, professional, helpful, and always had a great attitude. Her excellent service and knowledge of the city and some amazing food places was all so appreciated. Overall, a fantastic hotel with exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Jon Michael Green is an excellent valet employee! Always went above and beyond!

I am giving this place a 2 star. Upon checking in, I was not told that room maid service would have to be told in advance on a three night stay. The first night I got no room service, which I was somewhat surprised. Another thing they have no microwaves in the room or room service available to have one. I had any issue with the front desk personnel. I had to notify them on three separate occasions to fix the safe which would not accept any codes. They finally fix on third call. Manager Timothy assisted with this matter. He comped us a free breakfast which was not satisfactory. Would not recommend this place to stay due hotel policies and amenities.

As an international traveler with 30+ years of experience in the ground-up hotel business, I know what to expect globally. America is often known for its poor food culture especially its heavy breakfasts and unhealthy choices. However, compared to similar Hilton properties or other international chains in Europe and around the world, I have never seen such a lack of quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner as I did here. The rooftop bar and restaurant atmosphere was beautifully designed and offered a very nice vibe, but the food itself was highly disappointing and vastly overpriced for the miniature portions. We paid $110 USD for two tiny chicken cutlets, a side of greens, and two beers truly ridiculous for that price and portion size. Additionally, housekeeping failed to make our rooms and beds. Yet, despite all of these operational flaws, the hotel has an undeniable appeal, and we would still choose to stay here again anytime.
