From entry to exit every thing superb Rooms are very clean staffs are very king and helpful food very delicious safari guide have very good knowledge about national park we enjoy a lot and we will miss this trip thank you so much definitely we will visit again🙏🙏

Excellent personnel au petits soins et un super service très sympathique très belle chambre moderne avec un très bon confort literie excellente un grand jardin et piscine je conseille vivement cette établissement avec un très grand service ne pas chercher ailleurs j’adore cette endroit en pleine campagne nous avons eu une super chambre en surclassement MERCI bon petit déjeuner je reviendrai des Niçois .

We had the best stay at Aikawa, I can only recommend this hotel. It is new and modern and has to be the best hotel in Sauraha. From the first moment we arrived we were so well taken care of. We got an upgrade to a beautiful suite which has a fantastic layout and is just really well thought through. It has a huge bath tub as well as a rain shower and modern, high quality furniture. The pool on level 1 is so inviting and they will bring towels and even drinking water to the lounge chair. The garden has just been completed and offers a bar with a lounge area, table tennis, basketball or volleyball (can't remember which). There is also a spa which we didn't use though as we were too busy. The restaurant was really good and true to the hotels name I had sushi which was really fantastic. Tours can be booked as well. On a side note, our jeep tour of Chitwan national park was quite disappointing because we didn't see many animals and the tour guide (who was not the hotel's tour guide) was only speaking in Hindu to the Indian tourist but of course that wasn't the hotel's fault. The staff is probably the best thing about the hotel, they were so friendly and welcoming. Especially concierge Milan went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic stay, he even went to the elephant breeding centre with us, which we truly enjoyed - much better than the jeep safari. Overall we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was a memorable stay for us.

If you come to Chitwan for safari then this is your hotel. They have THE BEST guide. Very knowledge and attention to details. He make sure tour is on my pace and want to give me the best experience as possible. He is super nice and professional. I can see he is proud of what he do. He is top notch 👌 👏 👍 amazing guide. Hotel itself the services is incredible ,totally make sure you feel you have friends there. The service, everyone at the hotel is amazing. Super nice, super hospitality. I almost feel that I'm super VIP to hotel. They have 5 star services for sure. If you want great service and amazing guide this is only 1 hotel for sure.

"The Aikwa Hotel exceeded all of my expectations during my recent visit to Chitwan. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The welcome, the welcome drinks and the smile they provided was amazing and best ever I had in my life... Every staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, they all treat me so very sound and perfect. Ms. Kabita Chaudhary a restaurant Captain provide us best service with amazing 360° smile. Much appreciated to Ms. Kabita Chaudhary. Thank you Mr. Ramesh Shrestha for yummy yummy food, haven't meet you personally but i am so impressed with you by food which your team made for us. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. L'hôtel est propre. La chambre avec vu sur les rizières est magique. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est super. Ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare et nous ont raccompagné. Je reviendrais
