Property was wonderfully quaint. Breakfast was more on the brunch side with some very delicious dishes.

Top Notch Stay
Amazing restored property within walking distance from shops, restaurants, pier. Top notch gourmet breakfast. The innkeepers, Jenn and Steve warm and welcoming! Comfy bed, terrific shower. Highy receommend!

Perfect Spot
Food was unique and delicious. Served on the front patio. Absolutely perfect place to celebrate a special time away. Walk to everything in town with ease. Quite lodgings, friendly hosts.

The hosts are a highlight of our trip to Saugatuck. The room was very comfortable. I laid down for a half hour nap Saturday afternoon and woke up two and a half hours later, ha ha. Breakfasts were a gourmet treat and my gluten sensitivity was handled very well.

We loved our stayed at the Judson Heath Colonial Inn. Steve and Jen were fantastic hosts and made some of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The property is in a perfect location as it is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Our room was spacious and clean, and we felt very relaxed the entire team we were there. We're very excited to go back next year.

The first decision we made upon arriving at Stephen and Jen’s place was to book it again for the next weekend—this was even before experiencing the incredible breakfast served the next morning. If you're a foodie in search of a culinary adventure, this breakfast will make your day. Stepping out of the J&H Colonial Inn and following Steve’s thoughtful suggestions ensured truly memorable days. There is so much to do in the Saugatuck area, and we will fondly remember the hiking itineraries Steve created, which led us to beautiful natural scenery. If you're looking for a home with a warm and welcoming spirit, this is the place to stay!

This place was AMAZING. As soon as we walked in Steve and Jen made us feel at home. The room itself as clean; comfortable; and QUIET. The best part ... the BREAKFAST. What we were served would have cost at least $30 - $40 / per person at a restaurant. I can't believe they put on this spread every day. It's the only B&B we've ever stayed at that breakfast wasn't a grab and go situation. SO GREAT.
