Judson Heath Colonial Inn

We spent 3 wonderful nights here as our mini-honeymoon. Steve and Jen were amazing hosts. The property is extremely cute, the breakfast was delicious and their recommendations on local things to do were spot on. We loved our time there and would highly recommend it!

Jen and Steve were wonderful hosts. They are both warm and welcoming. They shared the interesting history of the inn and the full restoration process they completed. The rooms are beautiful . The bed was so comfortable with lovely quality sheets. The gourmet 3 part breakfasts were out of this world! Just heavenly. The inn is a quick walk to town and the water. It was a beautiful place for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you Jen & Steve!

We had a wonderful stay. Jen, Steve, and Jimmy are great hosts. They gave us great suggestions for things to do around town. Food was excellent and our room was very nice.

We just returned from the most wonderful stay at the Judson Heath Colonial Inn in Saugatuck, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends by the innkeepers, Jen and Steve. They are warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind people who clearly pour their hearts into everything they do. The inn itself is beautiful...clean, cozy, and full of charm, but what really stood out to us was the incredible food. As someone who used to own a bed and breakfast myself, I know just how much behind-the-scenes work it takes to make a stay feel effortless. Jen and Steve make it seem like second nature. Every breakfast we had was not only expertly prepared, but plated so beautifully it looked like something from a five-star restaurant. Truly next-level. During our stay, my husband had a bout of pretty intense vertigo, and Jen didn’t hesitate for a second. She immediately brought Gatorade and motion sickness medicine, and checked on him with such care and compassion. That level of attention goes above and beyond—something you just don’t find every day. It meant the world to us. Staying at Judson Heath felt like coming home again, and we honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Saugatuck. If you’re looking for a place with heart, hospitality, and world-class breakfasts, look no further. Jen and Steve have created something truly special here, and we are so very grateful.

Everything was fabulous, from being handed a lovely glass of wine upon walking in the front door to the incredible bed and linens, not to mention the three-course breakfast. My daughter and I couldn't have found a better place to stay for our girls' weekend getaway! Jenn and Steve are the best hosts! I plan on bringing my husband on my next trip. I'm sure he will also love this special Inn as much as I do!! Please consider this as your next B&B.

The hosts are a highlight of our trip to Saugatuck. The room was very comfortable. I laid down for a half hour nap Saturday afternoon and woke up two and a half hours later, ha ha. Breakfasts were a gourmet treat and my gluten sensitivity was handled very well.
