Be sure to read all the way through We are waterfront! Our condo is newly remodeled with high end finishes. Did you know, we have 2 units close to one another? Traveling with another couple? You may be able to rent both units. We have teamed up with the Beachway resort across the street, you will have resort access with an outdoor pool and breakfast snacks. Our guests have use of all the amenities the resort offers! Parking is also included. If you plan to use the Beachway amenities, they are typically available memorial day through Labor Day. Please inquire as to whether or not the hotel is open before you book if you plan to use these perks. Morning coffee on the deck watching the boats, afternoon shopping, amazing food, beach, rent a pontoon, kayak or chill. Spend your evening in town or eat on the deck. Hop on the chain ferry or a water taxi to town right across the River! Our beautiful, clean, cozy, well appointed condo on the water is in one of the best locations in Saugatuck Conde Nast top shoreline, Oval beach, visit Mount Baldhead, book a dune ride and so much more. Our guests are #1 which is why we personally host. We are located on the same side as Oval beach. Mt. Baldy is right outside your door. The Beachway resort helps our guests when needed. They are available most anytime. ******Important*****Our walls are thin. Please be conscious of your noise level. We have installed noise machines in the bedroom and the fan option on the wall air unit.
