พนักงานร้านอาหารดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับก็ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี แต่ติดนิดนึงเรื่องเงื่อนไขการเข้าพักตรงการใช้ห้อง 24 ชม. ไม่ชัดเจน ถ้าต้องการให้แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่าจะเข้าพักกี่โมงน่าจะแจ้งชัดๆไปเลยว่าต้องแจ้งกลับเมื่อไหร่ก่อนเข้าพัก ไม่ใช่โทรมาถามวันจะเข้าพักแล้วบอกว่าต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าว่าจะใช้ห้องกี่โมงถึงกี่โมงค่ะ

교통이 불편한거 이외에는 모든게 좋았어요 풍경 음식 직원들 다 좋았어요 라마나야가 특히 가까워서 가족들과 볼트로 편하게 다녀왔어요 직원 win씨가 말도 많이 걸어주시고 항상 웃어주셔서 고마웠어요 다음에 다시 방문 예정입니다 ^^

Хорошее обслуживаение, уютный домик с верандой, немного не хватает розеток в доме и сантехника душа требует замены в домике 403, в остальном претензий нет, неплохой завтрак, красиво все оформлено, доброжелательный персонал, наличие беседок , гамака и других мест для встречи заката , отличный отельчик

Неоднозначные впечатления об отеле, скорее всего, по причине того, что приехали туда на 2 суток для купания, а попали в волны и ветер. Купаться и даже просто находиться на берегу было сложно. Рядом с отелем аквапарк Рамаяна и Columbia, недалеко находится Бот Сад.мы были на машине, без авто скорее всего, там находиться сложно. В отеле 1 ресторан, плюс пара ресторанов в соседних отелях. На этом вся инфраструктура) Понравились сами виллы - под старину, но видно свежесть, виллы новые. Ванна- джакузи. Бассейн на вилле был ледяной, не удалось попробовать. Понравился сервис в ресторане - улыбались все!
