Ocean Front Complex -Beautiful Panoramic Ocean Views!

Little mishap with the original booking but Cindy was quick to find an alternative condo! Overall would recommend!

Thanksgiving at the beach Our family of 5 stayed at the condo for 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was clean and looked exactly as shown online. Overall we were happy with our stay - check-in was easy and response from the management company quickly resolved an issue we had with the wifi. Our only complaint - and this is not due to the management or owners of the condo - but due to the recent hurricanes that Florida experienced, the beach was non-existent at mid to high tide. Additionally it was a pretty long walk to get to beach access (better to drive) most of the close walkways to the beach were destroyed. So if beach access is very important to you, you might want to consider researching carefully to make sure it’s in a good location. Walking the beach or going in the water wasn’t our main priority so the condo was good for us. The location to grocery stores, restaurants and Melbourne was very good.

The Perfect Spot Corner unit has a perfect panoramic view! Kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil & appliance. Conveniently located Only drawback is the showers in both bathrooms…one had very poor water pressure and one leaks all over the floor because of the design of the sliding door. That being said, we would definitely come back and recommend this rental!
