Zero hospitality, worst housekeeping and room quality, staff lacks training. Not value for money. Housekeeping staff must be trained. Cockroaches in room and no ventilation in washroom.

Over priced, room is very basic with no amenities, cleaning issues in room as well as in restaurants. No dedicated parking. Non cooperative reception staff

Nice room and good service from staff like to stay again if travel on the same route

Breakfast was below average, no options for north indian dish. Only 4 dish with such high price rooms

Booking was done for a standard room which had cost us aroun for 1 day. The room should have been charged for based on the condition. The room had minimum lights which made it look very shabby. The walls were stained. We had to upgrade to the suite as we could not have stayed there. The suite was also bad, the sofa had stains due to which we had asked the hotel boy to put some towels on it so that we can sit but nobody came. There was no dustbin in bathroom. The table lamps had no bulbs. The blinds were not working. The bathroom blinds were transparent. The water bottles were used. There were two telephones and only one was working. The i era experience was very bad. The breakfast had only 4-5 options and when asked for butter knife the guy took around 20 minutes to provide us that. Never ever visiting there.
