酒店距離佐世保有點距離，但好在車站有定期的班車，這點很方便，酒店本身在99島的碼頭旁邊，坐遊船的話會比較方便，房間比較大，好評。

I choose this hotel just because it’s close to kujuku cruise and has large parking space. Don’t expect too much except its location. There’s a free shuttle to Sasebo station. I wait for the last shuttle back to the hotel at the drop off/ pick up point. I was there more than 10 minutes before but the shuttle didn’t come. Luckily there’s a taxi station nearby. But it’s disappointing.

因為酒店在九十九島觀光船附近才選的，即使現有的評價不高，但是非常驚喜，我很推薦。 首先有接駁巴士去酒店，攜程裏沒有時間表，比公共交通的路線省時省力。晚上8點前在佐世保站西門出去左轉的公交站台候車。晚上8點後改到東門外的公交站台。小巴車是在玻璃上貼了酒店名字，要自己找。 酒店前台英語一般。定的榻榻米房間，確實很舊，勝在面積大，這趟旅行裏唯一以快捷酒店的錢住進22平。插座衹有電視機和電冰箱的。 酒店配有天然温泉。大堂大部分時候提供免費的飲料，機器自助。

環境設備有些老舊，提供的床墊和棉被都不夠暖和，衛浴設備空間明顯不足。

這是一家很老的酒店，很安靜沒有什麼人氣，房間據説重新裝修過，感覺還是很有年代感，唯一最稱讚的是大浴場，可能是酒店房客不多，幾乎我一個説包場，前臺服務人員的英文會聼不會説，，停車場隨便停免費！

房間陳舊，少了洗洗漱用品還不給送，讓自己去前台拿，理由他們衹有一個人上班

優點：有班車，酒店周邊沒什麼餐廳，坐班車去港口吃飯選擇多。離99島輪渡進，走幾步就到。 缺點：早餐大部分是冷食，選擇也不多，味道很一般。 衞生非常差，馬桶坐墊上有毛髮，衹好自己用酒精棉片消毒並墊上馬桶衞生墊。洗浴房地上也有毛髮。在日本住酒店很少用房間配的衞麗洗，衹知道很少酒店會消毒，打開坐墊蓋時，衞麗洗的沖洗頭伸出來了，太臟了，噁心到我了。嚴重影響心情。 訂的房間説是能看到海，結果根本看不到。。。不想説了。 不會再來了。

首先要表揚一下這家酒店， 離我們目的地，九十九島遊覽項目很近。 房間是很大的日式榻榻米房，十分不錯。 温泉在2樓，人不多，基本包場了。 酒店提供的班車服務很方便! 前台小姐姐十分親切。

體驗感差，前台客服很不禮貌

クリスマスの日にハウステンボスで過ごし、ファイナルの花火を見てホテルへ。 着いたのは22時前で、私も子どもたちもクタクタで部屋に着いたところお布団が敷かれているのを見た瞬間ほっとしました。 大浴場には数種類のシャンプーやリンスがあり、選べるのはいいなと思いました。

Relaxing hotel close to attractions Hotel staff was very friendly on check-in, lobby area very clean and neat, but dates some, especially including look of mix of furniture in lobby lounge area. Room was small, however nicely appointed with all I needed. The hallways of the hotel were immaculate and sparkled. The bathroom was very clean, however the room itself needed a serious deep edge-vacuuming. Dust could be seen along the edges of room and under the nightstand opening at the floor. Breakfast buffet offered multiple choices, included hot breakfast with Japanese options and continental options. Very nice breakfast. Onsen was very enjoyable and seemed to be kept very clean as well. Slippers and house clothes provided were not available for "larger" guests, but provided for average sized - one size fits most. Not the highest quality, but nice touch. Hotel provides a free hourly shuttle during day to downtown train station. Very convenient to go shopping, lunching, or to depart on train. As a side note, the hotel is a wedding destination hotel and specializes in large events. It is also located directly across from a small marina with attractions and restaurants.

Very dated hotel, the corridors were freezing cold, very old facilities and rooms.
