A wonderful welcome. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The cabin we stayed in was beautiful. So comfortable, furnished to a high standard, better than most 4/5* hotels we have stayed in. The food in the restaurant is great, much better than your average 'pub grub'. The local beers are excellent. Would definitely, highly recommend.

Booked but when we turned up it was shut. No communication about this. Would not recommend at all. Had to find alternative solution. Devasted by the situation we found ourselves in. Likely we did find an alternative which was lovely. We will not be back and suggest if you book this place please have a backup plan.

Just back from a two-night stay. Really clean and spacious accommodation. Good size car park. Separate entrance for accommodation. Made very welcome in the bar and received some excellent advice for visits. No hesitation in recommending it.

Excellent warm welcome , lovely room. Clean, bright. Fabulous fluffy pillows and quilts. All amenities great. Peaceful. Lovely shower. Excellent meal , beer and service in the pub! Definitely recommend, hope to stay again. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Amazing pub/hotel. We stayed for two nights and slept in the 'King' room. The bed was very comfy, most welcome after a 7 hour drive! The en-suite shower room was great, lovely and warm! Robbie the owner, was an excellent host. Very friendly place. The food was lovely, freshly cooked and not expensive at all. Will stay there again next time we visit family in South Wales. Think the only negative point was the metal outside stairs to the accommodation on the first floor. It rained all the time we were there and we felt a bit nervous climbing up and down the wet steps. Big carpark, plenty of space, even when the pub is busy at the weekend. Highly recommended!

The establishment could NOT be any better!! I visited the restaurant for the second time and it impressed even more than the first. You can hear the roars of laughter outside in the street, and when you get in, you can see nothing but enjoyment and genuine bonds being created with staff and customers. Never in my time have I had a dessert so fantastic that I’ve ordered another 2 to take home. I would absolutely return, and I plan to very often. Fantastic vibes, fantastic staff, fantastic food.
