Tui Magic Life Sarigerme

This was our second visit to Tui Magic Life Sarigerme and once again it exceeded our expectations. This is a very friendly Hotel, staff are always smiling and so helpful all the time. The Tui app is really helpful for bookings or ordering extra pillows etc. We had a room in the main hotl on the 2nd floor 219 and it overlooked the gardens and also had a sea view. This is where you want to stay if you have any mobility issues as it's easier than the Bungalows. The rooftop bar once again had a visit from us most nights as it is so lovely, calm and very relaxing. The entertainment is great, live shows and also the option to sit quietly outside at the Wunderbar if that is not your thing. The Beach - we spent every day at the beach as it is gorgeous with plenty of natural tree shade on the grass or wooden parasols on the beach. The bar here serves drinks and snacks and the staff are friendly, helpful and all work so hard to keep it clean and tidy, the gardener Omar washes down the loungers and tables so they are clean first thing. We never had any problem getting sunbeds with shade even at 11am there is choices. Ice coffee is popular at the beach bar. Food and drink is great, lots of great choices and the chance to upgrade for imported premium drinks, we never bothered as found all the local produce fine. The Wunderbar has a coffee evening and there are cakes available, as well as 24 hour sandwiches available as well as fruit. We will definitely go back. The grounds are stunning and every person is helpful, friendly and they work so hard to ensure everyone has a fantastic holiday. Once again 10/10 for a fantastic, relaxing, wonderful holiday in Tui Magic Life, Sarigerme & to all the staff who work so hard a big thank you too.

11 aylık bebeğimizle havanın çok bunaltmayacağını düşünerek ve sadece hava limanına yakın olduğu için bu oteli tercih etmiştik. İyi ki geldik.. *Bebeğimizin alerjik hassasiyeti var ve her yemeği yiyemiyor. Misafir ilişkileri ve mutfak birimi birlikte çalışarak bize bebeğimiz için ne uygunsa hazırladılar. *Her öğün özenle hazırlanarak çıkıyor ve yemekler birbirinden lezzetli. *Otel bakımlı ve tertemiz. *Birbiriyle uyumlu ve güler yüzlü, samimi bir ekip ile çalışıyorlar. *Bebekten dolayı kapımıza kart asmama rağmen oda ekibi günlük çöplerimizi boşaltıp, düzenli temizliğimizi yaptı. *Kızımın ilk çocuk etkinliğiydi ve Mymo ile tüm hafta eğlenceli vakit geçirdi. *Bebek arabası taşımak bizi biraz yordu. Ama diğer alanlarda o kadar iyiydiler ki, biz bir yolunu bulduk. Bu güzel hafta için emeği geçen tüm ekibe gönülden teşekkürler. Özellikle Nazım Şef ve ekibine.. Bu kadar çok çeşit ve bu kadar lezzetli yemekleri için, kızımın hassasiyetine gösterdikleri özen için çok çok teşekkürler. Yeniden görüşmek üzere…

Fiyat performans dusunuldugunde değmez. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Hotel bazı yerlerde cimrilik yapmış. O kadar Merdivenden havlunu kendin taşıyıp karşılığında havlu kartı alıyorsun. Bu işlem aşağıda bir kabinde yaptırılabilir. Mini barlarda litrelik mesrubatlar olması şık değil. Ücretsiz verilen Kırmızı şarap felaket. Sirkeden farkı yok. Tuvalet kağıtları lobi yanındaki tuvaletlerde yerlerde duruyordu. Kutusundan değil yersen alıp kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Yemek kalitesinin biraz daha yukarıda olmasını beklerdim. Deniz ve havuzlar temiz.

Hotel was fantastic, everything we wished for & more. Hotel cleanliness was top notch, all areas clean & tidy. All toilet areas were clean & fresh smelling. Hotel reception area was inviting & decorated to a high standard, this includes all bar areas inside & out. Hotel reception staff were engaging, polite, keen to help & generally interested. 1 of the hotel reception staff helped me out massively to which I was extremely grateful to. All bar staff in every area of the hotel were happy, polite & worked really hard. All food areas, restaurant etc staff were happy, polite & also worked extremely hard. Food really nice & lots of options. You will always find something you like here. I found every single member of staff in the hotel to be happy, polite & good at their jobs, The staff do not expect tips, but it is nice to tip them to show appreciation. The entertainment & entertainment team were by far the best I have ever seen. They are not pushy, they take their time to talk to you & have a laugh. They are all very talented, the shows & programme of activities etc was fantastic. Only thing I would like to comment about is at the end of all entertainment I personally think rather than playing a slow song, an upbeat 1 would be so much better - maybe the TUI Magic Life 1 that plays outside of the hotel. This would keep everybody on the dance floor longer. Management of all levels are constantly present at the hotel, they are keen to chat & always ask how you are. On a whole our experience from his hotel & holiday was great. I would recommend the hotel to anybody, all I would say is to get to the pools, beach & most entertainment there are quite a few steps to walk down so anybody with mobility issues would/could struggle. We will definitely be back to stay again. We stayed in room 227 & we had a lovely room & view. Thank you to each & every member of staff at this hotel

WOW. what a great holiday we both had, First impressions! wow. Greetings and reception check in excellent. Room excellent with a excellent view of pool and sea and tree surroundings. The pools are cold but clean and the area is stunning. The beach is close and beds etc belong to the hotel so no charge, the snack bar and bars are also nearby. (if you are going to pool or beach or for lunch or entertainment be aware that there are steps to get to above locations. There is a slope!). Food is excellent all round The staff are friendly and will always be there to help you .There are a few bars around so never had a problem with getting drinks be aware branded drinks there is a cost. The location of the hotel is a very quite area but beautiful outlooks etc The shops are only 20 minute walk well worth a look for bargains and haggling. I have to mention the staff again at the hotel they are excellent everyone made our holiday perfect and a big thank you, and well done to Tui thanks for everything

We had a fantastic holiday every thing was perfect, the food, the housekeeping and the employees are great, the gave us the feeling that we come every year, even Ömer the public area cleaner is great, so good to see how he keep the beach clean amazing In one word our holiday was perfect

My wife and I are half way through our two week stay, and can only say what a wonderful hotel this is. It’s in a beautiful location with a superb sandy beach, no pebbles whatsoever and gently shelving. Great choice of water sports. We went on a boat trip bookable directly on the beach and extremely cheap at €15 each. Three hours of sunbathing on board and 3/4 stops for swimming in beautiful coves. We are staying in a bungalow (468), and although in a lovely setting, besieged by mosquitoes. Staff say it’s particularly bad just now, but hasn’t been earlier in summer. Helpfully, if you ask then they give you a bottle of repellent. All staff are very friendly and polite. Restaurant staff are efficient at clearing plates and attentive. Entertainment team are super friendly and always engaging with guests. This hotel does so many little extra things that make it special. Food excellent, wonderful choice, top quality. Particular mention to SUMEYY, assistant PR manager. She is always smiling and has been very helpful and informative. Sports programme extensive and great evening entertainment. Looking forward to week 2!

We have arrived back from the most magical week here . We arrived on Sunday 15th and were greeted with a fresh glass of fizz and also were upgraded to the most amazing room with sea views. And extra room which was perfect with a 4 year old . The food was outstanding and soooo much choice as was the 2' restaurants which were 5* . The pool and beach again amazing . And all child friendly . Mymo kids club is amazing for little ones and gives you a chance to have some sun time . The cocktails usually at all inclusive can be watered down and not great but here were 100% sooo lovely and great choices. Lots of activities through out the day for adults and kids .you also get to use the water sports free each day some you do have to pay for but was a lovely touch . Overall it is 100% 5* there is actually nothing I can fault on their hotel . Staff are amazing and so friendly. And also the entertainment team superb . We went 15/22nd sept weather was 30° and 24 evening. Perfect. With a breeze Will definitely be back here. Sarigerme town is like 10/15 mins walk which was lovely to do a little bit of shopping for gifts . They had loads of day trips there but we ran out of time . Would have loved to have stayed for 10days + as there is just so much to do . We will be back. . Thank you TUI magic life . The campbells x

Excellent hotel. Beautifully kept pool and beach area. Shout out to the manager Melek, who accommodated us on our check out day as we had a late flight with a 3 month old. She went out of her way to make sure we had private feeding area after checkout A very family orientated hotel with very good staff. Excellent
