Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only

Amazing hotel with excellent service. It has an interesting character as it is set on a hilltop with shuttle access to the beach (which wasn’t a problem at all). The only downside was that all inclusive was “part inclusive” as most cocktails were extra. This should be made clear in the description.

We came to seno four years ago on our first visit and have tried other Tui hotels since then but we have missed Seno so had to return. We stayed for 7nights but wish it was longer!. It was our first time visiting in July and the temperatures were hot but the pools were lovely temperature to cool us down, the Oasis pool especially we never wanted to get out. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm but the Tui rep (cecilie) was brilliant and told us to leave our suitcases with her at reception and whisked us off to made sure we all had dinner before 930 after a long flight this was great. The hotel food is superb and with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. Its great be able to eat all afternoon at the beach (5pm) or buffet until 2.30pm with a wide range of food and dessert to choose from. The hotel entertainment was low key and chilled out and we especially enjoyed the mongolian circus. The entertainment on our last visit was spread between the starlight bar and the lounge terrace area with singers or dj performing at both sites each night. This has now changed and it seems the main performances are at the starlight bar, we however did watch one group of singers at the terrace during our 7night stay. The drinks menu since our last visit had changed slightly with new drinks added and some removed. We missed drinking a few of our favourite cocktails such as the Seno Sunset which had been removed from the menu, however we was told afterwards by another guest that if you request old drinks from the previous menu the bar staff are usually happy to make these for you. Perhaps a note to hotel management - some of the older cocktails such as Seno Sunset could be added to the all inclusive menu again The hotel grounds, flowers and plants are all kept immaculate and the garden team need big praise for the hard work they do in hot temperatures trimming and sweeping and keeping the site looking so amazing all season. The whole area is so clean and tidy with no litter anywhere to be seen. When we arrived we had booked a sea view room however we were a little disappointed with the room we had which was ground floor and had only a small area of sea view compared to our last visit. The following morning we spoke to reception and they had a spare room higher up in the resort which they kindly moved us to with no questions asked. This has made our holiday even more special this time around, and introduced us to the oasis pool which we had not visited before and we ended up spending every morning around the popl and swimming in it! Its such a beautiful quiet area in the hotel and the bar staff and lifegaurds are also so friendly. For us as guests and what really makes this hotel so special is the brilliant staff that work so so hard. This has been a complete surprise just how amazing this hotel is and what a wonderful time we’ve had. We are hoping to book for next year when we get home but the dynamic pricing is looking high at the moment. It is spectacularly beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous as are the pools and restaurants. The food is completely fantastic. Outrageously good. My Husband and I were in heaven. I am gluten free which can make eating out tricky but they have whole sections prepared especially. There are three amazing pools and a lovely beach. All are lovely. Pick what’s best for you. We both had a massage in the spa. It was fantastic and reasonably priced. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern. The cleaning service was fantastic. The staff are amazing. Can not do enough for you. Things to consider It is a relaxing, chilled, laid back hotel. While there is entertainment if you’re looking for lots of nightlife or pool parties this isn’t for you. It was perfect for us. It is built into a hillside and there is amazing shuttle service around the resort but worth noting if you struggle with walking or steps it’s probably not for you. I’ve given it a 5 because honestly it’s been fantastic really but if I could change anything it would be this The bar staff couldn’t make cocktails???? So weird. I must have left so many because they were just awful. A mojito was just chopped up mint in white rum? Just one example of many. If you’re going to offer them, train the staff to make them. TUI if it’s all inclusive make it all inclusive. You shouldn’t have to pay for premium brand alcohol or certain cocktails at a hotel like this. Can’t believe I was going to get charged for a margarita! At an all inclusive holiday resort? You need to sort this out. Everyone talked about it. What a shame when everything else was so great. You do so brilliantly with gluten free food, it would have been amazing to have some gluten free burger buns!

3rd time and Seno and just as wonderful. The new addition of the wooden gazebo structures on the beach are amazing and adds a touch of class. I cannot find fault. The catamaran trip from the resort beach was good but if you would like to go to the same places with a commentary I recommend using Captain Fatih from the main beach for €15. I feel better value for money at half the price. They however are not part of the hotel and not in any way linked to Tui. Seno is our favourite go to place for relaxation and its beautiful surroundings. We can’t wait for our 4th visit.❤️

Currently on the last day of our second visit to this stunning hotel. We skipped last year but as soon as we got here it was like coming home. We booked a room this year up beside the Oasis Pool and on first glance was a little bit disappointed at the trees obscuring the fabulous view but it was very short lived disappointed. There are so many fabulous views whichever direction you take in this hotel, each one takes your breath away more than the previous. We also decided ( apart from the last day where we hired a daybed down at the beach) to spend our days at the Oasis pool, it was very quiet and very chilled out. The staff were very attentive and made sure you were never without a drink. The local goats also popped by every day to the dismay of the staff but to the entertainment of us the guests. ( Another plus for this hotel even though the goats and cats must be irritating to them they never harm them or shout at them, very animal friendly bonus points) I am disappointed despite the signs that I have never seen the tortoise yet. The food is plentiful and varied, also totally recommend a visit to the Cullnarlum a la carte restaurant. One visit is included with your all inclusive, it is situated next to the Starlight Bar on a terrace overlooking the sea. Five courses of the most exquisite food to tantalise your taste buds. The hotel is spotlessly clean and you will always see the staff out and about cleaning the hotel and the grounds, indeed on one of our days there was a burst water pipe on the main road, in about an hour the staff were there with the road pulled up repairing the pipe and the next day everything was repaired you wouldn’t even know! ( You not find that in England) more bonus points to the hotel. All the staff are super friendly, super welcoming and very humble. We even got approached by a member of staff who recognised us from two years previously. Very lovely people ( unlike some other rude guests who do not even have the manners to acknowledge the staff) and an absolute credit to the management and the hotel. ( More bonus points) The entertainment is varied, the hotel has plenty bookable evening offers such as cinema for two, romantic meals etc. They also provide board games if you just want to sit on the poolside terrace and have a quiet evening. The Starlight bar is open every evening with a varied programme, the Silent Disco on a Saturday evening is a must an absolute hoot! I really do not know what else to say about this wonderful hotel and it pains me to see poor reviews, these people must have very sad lives! Keep on being you , Tui Blue Seno and we will be back! We booked the TUI Blue Seno at relatively short notice (about a fornight before travel) and we can't believe how lucky we were to find it! From the moment we were welcomed we experienced a gorgeous hotel, with amazing and caring staff. We instantly felt welcomed. We stayed in the 4000 rooms and I'd definitely recommend this location if you can. Our room was spacious, spotless, with an amazing view and housekeeping were great. We found the food to be amazing every night - cooked really nicely and with a big variety. We were there for a week and didn't tire of the main restaurant which is so rare in an all inclusive restaurant. We enjoyed food we were familiar with as well as trying some new international and Turkish cuisine. The hotel and its environment are beautiful. It's a really large resort with lots on offer - variety of pools/space at the private beach/areas to lounge etc. I loved a day in the secret garden as it was very shaded and I could read my book in the shallow pools. We spent most of our time by the lower pool and I couldn't believe how chill it was everywhere - there wasn't a shortage of sun loungers (no sunbed wars!) for our whole stay which was a very pleasant surprise - there is plenty of room for everyone. As extras - we enjoyed trying Archery, my partner went to the gym and some gym classes and we booked the cinema experience down at the beach. There weren't loads of films to choose from but it didn't really matter as it was a really unique experience where we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Some recommendations from us: - Download the TUI Blue app before you go and plan what you'd like to do each night in advance. Also really good for booking the extras and there's a forum where you can post messages if you need help. Get to the Starlight Bar early and get a seat near the front for performance acts (we saw the Mongolian Circus but were near the back - try sit closer to the front!). No need to sit super close for the music acts. - Stay in the central/main area if you can for convenience. We were in the 4000 rooms and it was super easy to get around. The 4000 rooms might not suit light sleepers as they're next to the Starlight Bar which can be noisy until late. - If you have a late flight you can still use all the facilities on your departure day. We dropped our cases at the reception and kept backpacks with us, which the Spa facilities let us store in their lockers. Super easy and meant we could freshen up in the spa before our flight - Take cash - euros are ok. You won't really need it in the resort at all - but there's a tip box in reception and we knew we wanted to tip the staff here as they had been brilliant. There is a cash line in Sarigerme. Above all this holiday will truly be hard to beat. The biggest shout out goes to all the staff - right from the start until we left we kept commenting to ourselves how great they were. We really loved our week there and wish we'd had longer. Would absolutely
