Beautiful vacation rental on saltwater canal in Sargent, Texas. One side faces the canal, while the other side faces the Inter Coastal waterway. You can see the barges going by and you can also see the brand new bridge leading to Sargent Beach. The area is extremely quiet and the fishing is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed.1 bedroom, 1bath. Sleeps two. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, towels. (Etc) One queen size bed. Air mattress can be supplied at request.There will be an additional charge of $25 a day per person person, max of 3 guest.
