Anne's Washington Inn

Disappointed The room we were in was very disappointing- it was behind the lower part of the house. The room felt like a basement and it was definitely damp- towels on the wall were damp. Honestly this room should not be used or needs serious attention before offered. Breakfast was very minimal- we basically took the coffee and skipped the rest. Only positive was the Inn Keeper was positive & friendly. Location worked for us. Too bad as it is a beautiful property.

Great place Other than one night with dirty towels and low toilet paper it was a great place to stay. Lovely people, great breakfast. Great history.

Would stay there again The Inn was very clean and the host Joe was very nice.

We cannot say enough good about this inn. From the very beginning, Joe, the innkeeper maintained communication with us. He texted us the morning we were to check in and continued our communication throughout the day. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and chatted for just little bit before shown to our room. He gave us recommendations for sights to see and for dinner. Our room was small but quite comfortable and clean. The next morning, our breakfast was a continental style, but it was served with love. The dining area was bright and cheery. We immediately felt like family. We sat on the porch and drank coffee with several locals that stopped by to chat with Joe. We highly recommend this inn.
