Had everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped. Chairs in living room would benefit from some cleaning or new slip covers. Beds are comfy. Pool area is nice. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent location, can easily walk to beach and restaurants. It’s a very nice beach cottage. It’s not sheik but it’s clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding are excellent and it’s a very quiet street and it’s nestled in nicely, away from the street. Parking for one can is included and right in the private driveway. Pool and backyard patio is modest but a pleasant place to relax and sun. Recommended! Trish in the office, a few miles away, was very helpful and friendly.

The property is perfect for us- cozy and convenient. We love being able to walk to the beach and ride our bicycles on the Legacy Trail. When we had a problem with the toaster, it was taken care of immediately. Gigi and Trish were great to work with and we have already booked for next year.

Everything was great with the house only issue was the extra amount owed upon arrival was not told as ******* said I owed certain amount at property once I arrived but was charged more than said by *******. The property checkin told me that it’s a problem with ******* they need to fix but I was still charged.

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. I do not recommend it.
- The towels in the bathrooms are extremely small
- The furniture in the living room is full of stains, furniture in the master room is missing a handle to open the drawers
- the pool impossible to enjoy because is dirty.
- Calling the management office is impossible because they don't answer the phone
- the Wi-Fi service is extremely slow
- The complementary beach supplies that they advertise as towels, chairs and umbrellas are very dirty and old
They are advertising themselves and charging as a luxurious beach property but that is not what you will obtain.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and organized. The laundry was plus to not have to pack wet clothes for the drive home. The short walk to the beach was great! We’ll definitely be staying here again next year!

This place was excellent! We had our own unit and pool with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and wagon to take the beach! All beaches are close to this location. The private pool had plenty of float devices and toys for the kids to use. I highly recommend this stay! Clean, friendly, and so much to do!
