This is an excellent property ! completely in nature’s paradise. The rooms are simple and clean and good. View from the room is excellent. You can see partial sea view and sea waves sound at night. Foods is okay! but the worst part here is road. From alibaug to murud there is almost 50-60km road and it takes 2. 5hrs to reach there and last 1. 5 km is worst off reading. One mistake and your vacation will be nightmare so please be careful while travel-ling but the place is good

Property is too much in interior location from alibagh murud road. The access way is pathetic and unreconstructed also full of stones which may damage the vehicle. Totally unsafe at night time.

Pros:
full of greenery, mango trees, a rocky beach
big garden/lawn for enjoying morning/evening walks
lunch and dinner in open space lawn (but food is not that good) cons:
no proper roads to the hotel, alomst 2. 5 km of kaccha road, expect some damage to your vehicle
frogs in the bathroom, toilet
frequent power outages (sometimes last around 3-4hrs)
acs not cooling enough in summer
pathetic food(you are on the mercy of chef, prepares very limited food and calls it a buffet)
lesser staff. Evrything is self service. Remote location, so carry all necessary things with you. Even some snacks and water too.

The property is but all things a not in place. Staff are good but the number is quite less. No amenities not even tv. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Bathrooms need a lot of overhauling and repairs. Location is horrible. They need to have some signage on the main road giving direction. Road to the hotel is too bad. The property is big and there is scope for lot of things which can be done. They need to hire more staff for better service. Last but not the least add intercom to all rooms please.

This property well know by "kimi katkar" property. 2nd. More bus stop is landmark to take rough road to property. People don't know about muhawa bagh.

The access road was terrible. Place is not maintained well. It is big property but no maintenance and the access to this is beyond access. My suv got scratches from sides of bad kaccha road. It is impossible of someone try to reach back hotel in night or late evening. So we get restricted to hotel. Staff was good. All electricals plumbing and ac's are in dying situation. We took bath in different room as there was no warm water. Ac was cranky so we need to switch off that. Ruined my anniversary at this great place.

1. A lot of things are dependent on a single person which leads to him working a lot and eventually failing to meet to expectations. 2. The room that we were given was not good enough for the price demanded, the electrical connections were not working and still staff did not want to move us, only after a lot of attempts by then to fix it and it not working, they budged. 3. The road to the resort is not good and location is very remote for them to be asking the price they're asking. 4. Very few options for food, we ordered the food 5 hours before and still were given the option of not available just before the dinner.

Location is difficult to access. Should pay attention to room cleaning. Food was good with variety. Staff was very nice and courteous. Property was big and nicely maintained. Lots of greenery around.
