Richmond Hotel Sapporo Odori arvostelua

The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops downstairs. The room size is not big but it is the standard in Japan. The breakfast is awesome that sushi and sashimi is all you can eat. It would be perfect if there is an onsen in the hotel.

Very good location in the middle of Tanukikoji shopping street, hotel has a backdoor that opens directly to the shopping street. Just a few steps away from the underground walkway. Not noisy at night. Amenities could be improved further e.g. provide drinking water in rooms or water filter outside for use. Overall quite satisfied.

Great location next to many restaurants and tourist hot spots. The breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed the lounge and free drinks every night. Staff here are excellent and take pride in their work. Would stay at other Richmond Hotels in the future based on this experience.

We stay at premium corner room for 3 nights, the room is extremely spacious. Hotel provides daily complimentary alcohol drink and nuts. During check in, staff give us 2 packs of calbee potato snacks :). The toiletries, drip coffee, facial care includes facial mask can get from hotel lobby. Added point: hotel back door is link to Tanukikoji street, plenty of food and shopping is available there.

One of the best hotel stayed ever. Loved the super convenient location (in between Odori or Susukino station). Right out of the hotel is the shopping street 4, mega donki 24hrs, and many restaurants, cafes, fast food all around. My kids had fun with all the Gachaphons and Claw machines next to the hotel. Also the Pokemon machines. The tram is also nearby to bring you to the ropeway tram and Odori Park. Hotel breakfast is above average but for just $10 per head, who would mind. Staff are extremely polite and even refunded my kids breakfast coupon. Room is super comfortable for 2A2C anf plenty of space for luggage. Washer is on level 10 and you may take the face mask, toiletries all from the lobby. There's also souvenirs shop opposite thats sells Royce choclate, cosmetics etc that are tax free. ******** slot machines are nearby and further down the road is Susukino where you can find many bars, ktv, bbq, etc... Seriously its the best location and comfortable stay for my 18 days trip in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka & Sapporo). Can't wait to return again.

Comfortable and clean room! Hotel is linked to the Tanuki-koji Shopping Street and is located between Odori and Susukino stations. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and hotel also gave each guest a complimentary drink coupon.

Super convenient location. You can get to a huge DONKI via the back door. Walking distance to Odori station (transfer hub) and airport shuttle bus (takes about 75 mins). Will definitely stay again!

Location was really convenient, walked right out from the hotel to Tanukikoji Shopping Street! Room was big enough to open 1 suitcase fully and check-in came with a welcome drink at the bar.

Hotel strategically located next to shopping street. No onsite parking but hotel will direct guests to a nearby paid parking ¥1200 a night. Being next to shopping street and with direct access to underground shopping area means no issue getting food. Hotel rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were clean and essential amenities available at hotel lobby. Check in was smooth. There was air cleaner and humidifierin room. Breakfast was good, spread was reason & items were fresh. Staff provided very good service.

Great location which is near to Odori, Susukino and airport coach bus stop. Many dining options nearby, the hotel is also clean and service is good. We will stay again in our next trip to Sapporo.

At this hotel, you can go anywhere you want in sapporo. It was a fantastic choice to rest here.

We booked 2 twin rooms. The rooms were big and clean. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and nice. Our rooms were on the same floor as the laundry room which was a plus point. Super convenient for me cause i have to do laundry everyday. Free welcome drink was a nice touch….we get to choose beer or whiskey. Breakfast was excellent. They actually served cook meals when you order from the waitress…ramen, pork bowl. All piping hot meals. The back door of the hotel is the shopping street. No problem looking for food or shopping. My best hotel in Sapporo. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel located in the center of the shopping street, I like the breakfast and facilities in the hotel. staff are great.
