Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

It is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The cleanliness and service is excellent. Will stay here again if we are to visit Sapporo again

Newly renovated hotel with a pleasant and refreshing scent throughout the lobby. I also liked that the shower and toilet areas are separated, which makes the bathroom more practical and comfortable. The breakfast was good, although the dining area is quite limited in size. During peak hours, you may need to queue before getting a table. If you’re on a tight schedule in the morning, it’s best to plan your time accordingly. The hotel is very nearby to Daimaru and Stellar Place shopping mall too.

The hotel is newly reformed. I booked 4 beds room. The room is big, clean and beautiful. My little daughter felt so happy when she got in the room and kept walking around the room. We slept so deep as the room is super cozy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it very easy to get around, especially with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo.

The location is great..easily walk to Sapporo station. If you travel by airport bus (¥1,500 per person), just get off at S24 (airport bus stop),then turn left at the corner , walk through the road you will see the hotel within 5 minutes. All were nice; staff, facilities, the room..impressive.

The hotel is newly decorated and quite new now. The location is good and closed to Sapporo JR station. However, the room is a bit small for three luggages.

Very spacious, great location

This hotel is a solid four-star property and an excellent choice for travellers looking to stay in the heart of Sapporo. Its biggest advantage is the location, situated right next to Sapporo Station, providing easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining options throughout the city. The hotel recently underwent a renovation and reopened in February, and the refreshed facilities are immediately noticeable. The public areas and guestrooms feel modern, clean, and well-maintained. One drawback, however, was a noticeable renovation-related smell in the guest floor corridors. Fortunately, the odour did not extend into the room itself, where the environment was comfortable and pleasant. Our room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and made efficient use of space. We particularly appreciated the separate toilet and bathroom configuration, which added convenience for family travel. Although the room faced a busy main street, the double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation, ensuring a remarkably quiet and restful stay. One area that could be improved is the lighting control system. The switches are not particularly intuitive, and turning off all the lights requires using multiple buttons, which can be inconvenient, especially at night. The hotel also offers a comfortable guest lounge where complimentary coffee and tea are available throughout the day. Additional amenities include vending machines and self-service laundry facilities, both available for a fee. There is also a public bath, although we did not have the opportunity to use it during our stay. Overall, this is a very good city hotel with a fantastic location and newly refreshed facilities. The only significant downside was the lingering renovation smell in the guest-floor corridors. Aside from that, the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Sapporo.

Great choice for a family of 4 in one big room 👍🏻  Only 5 minutes walking distance to Daimaru department store and Sapporo station!
