當天因飛機遲誤, 遲了一天才到北海道, 因此未能享用這間酒店, 可惜。 下次再去北海道一定會再BOOK黎住下

房間很不錯，充滿特色

한국어 가능하신 분도 계셔서 편했어요. 노천탕도 있고 개인 방에도 온천나와서 좋았어요. 조식이랑 석식도 신청 하고 먹었는데 맛있고 좋았어요

很值得體驗的酒店。

服務態度非常好，食物非常美味地方十分清潔

可能房間樓層問題，對着停車場，傷心💔

很新，規劃很好。 唯二需要說的是：1. 它的食物很普通，尤其晚餐。2. 旅館的景色有限，就是旅館本身為主。最好的景色是早餐的窗邊位。

비싼 돈 들여서 갔지만 후회없이 너무 완벽했던 숙소.

진짜 서비스 감성 가성비 모두 다 완벽하다고 생각해요 완전 추천드립니다! 다만 교통편이 편리하진 않으니 그부분만 신경쓰시먼 될 것 같아옹

非常舒適 高雅的的溫泉會館 房間很大 溫泉很棒 人員很親切 房內也有溫泉 房間窗外景觀也很好 非常值得前往 附近步行距離有許多山上小景點可以逛晃 門口也有巴士站

Room is huge and clean with private onsen. The public bath is impressive, happened to soak when it was snowing, great and unforgettable vibe! Everything is perfect with the stay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, one wouldn’t discover how great the service is when things go smooth and will take things for granted. We received extra and timely assistance from the hotel staff when upon checking out, our car battery died down, the reception staff had helped with communicating and a team of staff had helped with re-igniting the car battery for us, can’t thank them more when we have a plane to catch in that morning. Really appreciate their professionalism! It’s the people who made our stay even unforgettable!
