Lady Hill Sapa Resort arvostelua

It is unfortuate we are having to write a negative review because we were really looking forward to our stay. Our room was beautiful and the check in process was smooth and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a really good selection. However we booked this stay due to the spa facilities and we were extremely let down. On the first day we arrived late afternoon and went straight to the spa for a massage which was lovely and staff attentive. However the spa itself was unclean, there was a strong sewage smell and the changing room were dirty with wet towels everywhere, overflowing showers and general rubbish around. On the second day we headed up to use the gym and spa however the heated pool was broken, the sauna doors had been left open so no heat, the herbal pools had to amenities or plugs to fill the baths with. There was a queue of day guests getting refunds so we asked the manager if it was possible we could be compensated as we booked based on the spa facilities and both days hadn't been the best experiences. She told us no as we were not paying customers to the spa (even though we paid to stay two nights), she told us if she refunded us she would have to take wages from the staff or give up her wage. She said the spa was free so there was nothing to refund. We asked for a complaints email but she told us no as she feared for her job. She instead sent a fruit platter of three oranges and two apples to our room. This was unfortunate as the main reason we stayed here was for the spa use.

Restaurant service not good when it comes to buffet

Это настоящая жемчужина в горах . Мы прекрасно провели время !!! Но есть минус , который может привести отель очень быстро в изношенный вид. Персонал совсем не следит за порядком и чистотой ! В детской игровой два дня стоял оставленный кем-то стакан от коктейля 😒и таких мелочей было замечено множество за время прибывания! В остальном все супер 😊

Location and view from the hotel as amazing. Staff were helpful. Unable to do early check-in coming from overnight bus was a bummer. Staff were generally helpful.

Amazing place, great service, new and clean

사파 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 산 중턱에 있어 공기 좋고 상큼했다.시설과 룸 컨디션은 좋았고 직원의 친절도 훌룽했다.

The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria. Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality. The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan. The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western. The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.

1. 호텔 자체는 시내와 멀리 떨어져있지만, 판시판 케이블카와 시내까지 나가는 셔틀이 있어 불편함이 없음 (판시판 셔틀은 수시로 이용 가능하고, 시내 셔틀은 시간이 정해져 있음) 2. 호텔 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 날이 궂으면 굳이 시내까지 나갈 필요없이 호텔에서 해결 가능 (식사/마사지/수영장 등) 3. 조식이 잘 준비됨 (한국인들 입맛에 잘 맞고, 가짓수 자체가 많음)

สวย สะอาด

had an amazing stay at lady hill. we got the mountain view room and the view was amazing. the room was very clean and even nicer than the photos! there is also a shuttle service to town, which makes up for the slightly further distance from town. there is also an on-demand buggy service that sends you to the entrance of the muong hua cable car station for fansipan. also shout out to nami for the wonderful service! :)

Incroyable expérience à cet hôtel magnifique! Moderne, emplacement A1 juste à côté de Fansipan. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes! Navette gratuite vers le centre-ville de Sapa, service attentionné et une grande attention pour chaque petit détail! Beau grand buffet déjeuner de qualité, terrasse extérieure pour boire un café avec la vue à couper le souffle! Piscine infinie et « spa piscine intérieure » vraiment parfait ! Je recommande à 200% et je reviendrais sans aucun doute! Merci infiniment pour le séjour de rêve!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. Fandi pan is just under your nose. 10min drive to town. Hotel food are great too. Thanks to hotel staffs who make a day for my son and surprised with cake 🎂
