Na primeira noite que chegámos a São Tomé, ficámos neste hotel. É um hotel muito acolhedor, com pequeno almoço incluído, quartos muito espaçosos e estacionamento incluído. Os funcionários são 5 estrelas. O ar condicionado do hotel é espetacular, com tanto calor, soube tão bem. E na última noite da nossa semana optámos por também ficar neste hotel, para depois iremos para o aeroporto, e como de esperado, gostámos muito!!

For Singles on a Business Trip This hotel works well for a single person, but the rooms are not sufficient for two people. It is not particularly clear from the listing that the bathroom is not a separated room; it is just a sectioned off part of the bedroom. The breakfast is good, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. For a single person on a business trip, we would recommend it.

All is well except the restaurant should have some vegetarian friendly options

Clean hotel and really friendly employer .The guy of the restaurant/Bar was helpful, and talked really good english. Its more then enoguh for 1-2 Nights in the capital. Everything is reachable by foot. the neigbouthood is quiet. ........

Staff were very accommodating

This hotel was mid, but the location is great. There is a strange smell coming from most of the hotel, I couldn't put my finger on it. The bed was very comfortable. The service staff was mostly fine. There is a manager who is so constantly bothered and was very rude, but other than that the staff was friendly.

My colleagues had stayed here before and had a positive experience. While the hotel is generally comfortable and clean, my stay at SH Boutique was ruined when I had several hundred dollars (that were stowed away in a backpack in the closest) disappear from my room. The staff and management showed minimal interest in helping to recover them or finding a solution. Stay at your own risk. I am certain I will not stay there again and will encourage others to find a different place.

The worst. Can't say enough. Tiny room. No window. Cold water. Breakfast average. For a 4* 80 euro a night this is the worst rip-off ever. Nice staff thought. Do what they can with what they have. Should close.
