Boundless Space Design Hotel (Yalong Bay Bohou Village Branch) arvostelua

I recently completed a 25-night stay at a property advertised online as the “Boundless Space Design Hotel.” However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel operated under a completely different name, with no visible signage or indication of the advertised name. The building itself bore little resemblance to a traditional hotel, which left me uncertain whether I had arrived at the correct location. Given its remote setting, I felt compelled to confirm my reservation with the staff member on duty before allowing my taxi driver to depart, otherwise, I risked being stranded in an unfamiliar area. Additionally, the online photos were misleading and did not accurately reflect the property. While the room was clean, I was surprised to find that standard towels were not provided. Instead, disposable towels were offered, which seemed unusual for a hotel setting. Upon request, the staff member promptly and courteously provided regular towels, and I must commend the entire hotel team members for their exceptional hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. One area of concern I would like to highlight is the condition of the guest laundry facilities. The washing machines appeared unhygienic and raised doubts about their ability to clean clothing safely. It’s surprising that previous reviews have not mentioned this issue, as it significantly affects the comfort and convenience of long-term guests. To be clear, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the outstanding staff. However, I believe it’s important to share these observations so future guests can make informed decisions. I sincerely hope that hotel management will take this feedback into consideration and implement improvements to elevate the quality of their services.

Nice hotel in Bohou area with affordable price. I choose the Poolside Vila with bathtub. Clean and tidy room. Cool, pretty long and clean swimming pool. My advice I think is better to give a towel instead of disposable towel. Will come back here soon. Thank You ❤️

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean however they only provide disposable towels which is so inconvenient especially when you wanna play in the pool you have to keep going to the front desk for the disposable towels and if you don’t request for housekeeping your room won’t be cleaned but it’s 10mins away from the beach

It is an amazing breakthrough from Hong Kong. Boneless space hotel offers you a 3 photo shoot pictures free, pick up or drop service from airport with the most beautiful swimming pool. Excellent service by Laura, She is really good at speaking English and very willing to help and sweet. I wish I could have more days in Sanya! ♥️🥰

I did a staycation solo for one night, I throughly enjoyed my stay it was nice and peaceful not too many people. The hotel looked exactly like it is on the pictures I saw before booking it. The front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming, one lady even speaks English which is convenient if you can’t speak Chinese. It’s right in the village, perfect location not too far from the beach either a 10 minute ride. My booking came with a free photoshoot which was really nice, went for a run in the morning past the lake super refreshing. I highly recommend the place.

The hotel was super bad for us. I booked 7days. 1st day, We saw the big cockroach on the bed after that in my dessert there was 1 small cockroach when we saw after that could not sleep. ( in my life, i did not see cockroach a lot in real life). 2nd day, There is so rainy. Door and Window have a noise for whole night couldnot rest. We wanna cancell it bcz felt so uncomfortable but reception said dont have refund. After that We just left the our book. Also rooms everythings are so dirty.

Stayed 1 night after reviews and photos , pool was clean again appreciate there not being an excess amount of chlorine used , we chose a pool side villa , this was nice to have access directly from the room , We know the area having spent about a week there so was convenient for our needs , Nice design of hotel at night when the lights are on, room was comfortable , bath tub not really suitable for an adult , but our daughter had a go , I just do not get why they would provide a 1 time throwaway material out of a plastic bag as a towel , when you have a villa next to the pool Was generally a quick stop before heading back towards the airport , so all in all for price ratio happy enough ,

It was alright, the room looks nice. I think there should be a bathroom door in room C303.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 180° poolside room. The room was clean and cozy. The staff members are very nice and polite. The swimming pool was nice and well decorated. There was a little issue with the shower head and it was fixed quickly. The location is good for one who drives or by taxi. However onsite parking space is limited to 4 cars only and that is good for early birds and no good for late comers. Yet, there are some more parking lots around within two minutes walk. Convenience stores, food shops and restaurant are within a few minutes walk. The night market nearby was remarkable.
