A Very Pleasant Stay We had a lovely time at "Perfect Holiday Sea View Apartments". The apartment was bright and cozy, on a high floor, and the sea view was very soothing. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome. A great choice, highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Close to the beach and a beautiful garden. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Near to the beach, comportable. Staff was friendly. But I didn't like paying to use the pool. The staff explained that it was necessary to pay because the pool was shared with another hotel.

Good location from the beach about a 5 minutes walk from hotel.within 10 minutes drive from restaurants and shops.

this is an absolutely luxurious flat with the most spectacular View over the whole area and the sea from the biggest tallest building in the whole bay excellent furniture great bed bathroom and everything is super comfortable. the beach is just 5 minutes walk away and it's just an excellent beach with warm water here in October, nearby are also swimming pools but I think there might be a fee to access those. and a short walk or a short walk from there is a huge amusement park with a delicious barbecue restaurant, all the food we could imagine was delivered in less than half an hour by the amazing delivery apps, downstairs is also drinks and snacks vending machines but they require facial recognition which I couldn't quite figure out how to use. the stuff is extremely friendly and help with everything and had all kinds of activities the kids suggest us trying too. some involving all sorts of parachutes and helicopters but we didn't dare trying that. this booking was such an excellent value for money. not far is also the huge tax-free mall but we couldn't figure out how to buy stuff from there, it has to do with the registering and getting stuff shipped to the airport when you leave. just nearby all sorts of five star hotels from the Hyatt to the Sofitel to the other ones at the Atlantis is absolutely amazing with its huge aquarium with free access and to look around.

Breezy apartment with facilities. Near beach, quiet and nice unit for relaxation. Good value for money. Convenient to live around with motorbike. Would love to stay longer.

Clean and good

Great place! I have stayed at many of the 5 star hotels in Sanya but have to say that this place has the highest price quality of all. I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite, the place is huge with comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic (!!!) view of both the mountains and the sea, extremely comfortable. The nicest thing about this place is that you are in the same building as the rosewood and can make use of their facilities (for a reasonable cost, 50 rmb for pool downstairs, 440 for the infinity pool) even adding up all this cost you still have much better value than staying at the rosewood. Service was good, although i was a bit disappointed that even though i asked for 1400 check in it turned out to be 1600 because the room was being cleaned. However, considering this is not a 5 star property with 5 star prices i am fine with this. In general the staff is very helpful. This is going to be my new place to stay in sanya. As i mentioned i stayed in many places before but the price to value ratio is unbeatable! Cant wait to come back soon.

在這個酒店隔壁的海棠費爾蒙酒店開會，發現一牆之隔的這棟樓很顯眼，259米，是三亞最高的建築嗎？！這棟樓的低樓層是瑰麗酒店，高層被五六家酒店公寓包了。我住的這家還不錯，給我升級二室一廳海景房，衹要167元一天，因為是淡季，體驗感很不錯。有冰箱微波爐洗碗機小廚房，還在床上九看到了海景。感覺很好，給五分了

從進門到退房全程省心！智能門鎖不用找房卡，廚房鍋碗瓢盆配齊，連洗潔精都是大牌，煮碗麪都像在自己家；晚上被窗外夜景驚艷到，躺在床上看霓虹閃爍，而且保潔太細節了！枕頭縫裡沒半點灰塵，衞生間玻璃擦得能當鏡子用，連衣櫃裏都提前放了防蟲香包；管家回覆超及時，問附近早餐店，不僅發了地址還附了排隊攻略，住得舒服又安心，果斷給滿星，這體驗比預期好太多，必須五星！

這次入住體驗簡直完美！必須要誇誇公寓管家，有問必答，幫忙解決了不少小問題，不僅服務熱情周到，從入住諮詢到日常需求都響應迅速，耐心細緻，讓人感覺很温暖。而且還主動幫我們免費升級了房型，真的太驚喜了！升級後的房間空間更大，視野也更好。衞生方面同樣無可挑剔，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間一塵不染，細節滿分。設施齊全，位置便利，性價比超高，下次來絕對還選這裏！

兒子很喜歡這個屋子的風格，特別喜歡玩滑梯，娛樂性很強對於孩子來説，屋子乾淨整潔，還有洗衣機和晾衣架方便我們晾曬衣服，設施齊全，入住接待我們的服務員在我詢問外賣地址他給的我是快遞地址，説半天才告訴的外賣地址，不知道我問的是很難理解呢還是懶得告訴呢，説話態度生硬不是很喜歡，似乎不耐煩的樣子，給我感覺很不舒服，因為他要接待客人，我要的一次性拖鞋自己下樓到服務枱取的時候正碰到一個電梯下樓，我看到左邊站的人面熟我就看過去想判斷是不是我的前台服務人員，他看我説了一句：“瞅我幹啥”，我無語～～
