White & Co. Exclusive Island Villas

Beautiful villa First time in Santorini, not that impressed. Expensive, dusty, lots of litter, basically a tourist resort. Yes the white villages that you see on photos are beautiful, but not real villages, just hotels and tourist shops. Plan your visit to Fira and Oia well to avoid the mass of tour ship passengers which descend on these towns when they arrive, it can increase the visitors on a busy day by 8000 people or more! When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by staff who took care of luggage. The villa ( 2 bed) is beautiful, very spacious inside and out. They had prepared a small cake and wine for my birthday which was a lovely surprise, Thankyou. Breakfast is brought to your villa each day, basic but perfectly adequate. The island is so small that it doesn’t really matter were you stay if you have a car. Lovely Caldera and sea views from the patio which we didn’t get to see until our 3rd day because of the fog and generally bad weather. Only used the pool once, again because of the weather, it was lovely. Not a fan of hot tubs. Housekeeping was outstanding!

If you are looking for a quiet, gorgeous villa with your own pool and the most incredible food you found it here! The service was incredible. I absolutely recommend White & Co!

We stayed at La torre suites for 3 nights and our experience was 10/10. The staff were always going above and beyond, helping with anything and booking taxis, offering recommendations etc. Breakfast was included in our stay and was brought to our room to the terrace every morning and was excellent. The property was stunning and the outside area was great, and private. Would recommend anyone staying in Santorini to stay here as it was an ideal base to visit both Fira and Oia. Can’t wait to visit again!

Hotel in posizione fantastica, nel centro di Pyrgos, sul castello, con vista mozzafiato. Hotel pulito, letti molti comodi, staff super gentile e disponibile, ottima accoglienza, colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di qualità del territorio. Super consigliato.

Stayed at White & Co. La Torre Suites in Pyrgos, Santorini on 7-14 June. Booked it looking for privacy and peace and did not find either in this hotel. Upon my arrival the reception boy asked me if I had a strong heart and gave me emergency number in case something happens. Entire first night someone was hitting the wall, waking me up in the middle of the night, then in the morning there was non-stop loud drilling from 8am until afternoon, and the doors were being slammed every few minutes. In the morning the receptionist came and recommended cafe 'Joy' that takes only cash. During the second night there were aggressive motor bike riders, who drove back and forth near the hotel trying to make as much noise as possible, and then at night there was very loud noise inside of the hotel, as if something exploded. A person with a weaker heart would have definitely be affected by all this. All this was very unusual, but finding another place to stay last minute in Santorini in June was too difficult, so I stayed and documented all disturbances and tried my best to keep interactions with staff of the hotel to bare minimum. On third night electricity suddenly went on in the middle of the night. On top of that, there were old men and a black worker from nearby hotel who kept walking past my terrace entire day, starring at me and trying to interact with me. The staff has no respect for women either. I told them at least 3 times that I don't need help with my suitcase. Despite that, during the check-out they tried to forcefully take my suitcase from me.
