Andronikos Santorini

I love staying at Andronikos for its amazing sunset view and its location between Oia and Fira. We were able to take a scenic walk/hike towards Fira and even walk back after dinner, avoiding the hefty transport fees. We really appreciated the location of our room which has some privacy at the upper level so we could use our hot tub without people walking by. There were lots of steps to get there, yes, but special thanks to Ani for picking us up at the drop-off point and helping us to carry our luggage to the room, as well as Muhammad for helping us to carry the luggage out upon request. Help is there as long as you ask for it. The room doesn’t have any phone for you to call the reception but Ani was kind enough to provide his contact number for any issues or queries. As for cleanliness, we were told not to dispose toilet paper in the toilet bowl so it would have been helpful to include a bidet in the toilet to reduce the use of toilet paper altogether. The outdoor area around the hot tub could be cleaned more thoroughly as there were always dirty footprints around the tub which deterred our usage.

Top 6 Room Hotel. Wonderful place to stay with stunning views from the highest point on the Island . Sunsets here are top dollar . Our Room had a hot tub which was fantastic in the evenings in particular . Excellent communication from the Manager Giota who gave us plenty of advice and booked us a fantastic Boat trip to remember. The Manager was excellent in her communication via What’s App . I have to also mention the supper helpful Ani who was full of positivity and enthusiasm throughout our stay . Will be back .

Après de nombreuses recherches, j'ai fini par retenir cet hôtel parmi des dizaines.Imerovigli est le village le plus haut bordant la caldeira, à 5 mn en voiture de Fira, mais, bien que plus calme, possède de nombreux et très bons restaurants.Cet hotel qui n'est qu'à une trentaine de marches du rond point dominant, est idéalement situé, face à cet immense rocher (Skaros) apportant une vue à plus de 180° sur la Caldeira et ses principales îles.La chambre que nous avions retenue ( avec balcon), au design moderne est spacieuse, possède une bonne literie.Un grand merci à son personnel, toujours disponible, à l'écoute, réactif et toujours prêt à rendre service. A réserver sans problème..

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Breakfast was delicious and superb customer service. The views are incredible lots of dining options. I recommend calling the hotel ahead of time for guidance on how to find hotel because it’s not accessible by car. You have to walk down the stairs a bit with your luggage.

Andronikos hotel in Imerovigli, with its incredible views of the caldera and the ruins on Skaros Rock, was the first stop on our honeymoon. Due to Imerovigli’s cliffside position, the layout of the hotel is unusual, with just a few rooms scattered down the cliffside. We stayed in room 11 during September and loved the breathtaking sunsets and top notch people-watching, as our room was on the main footpath between Oia and Fira. We did not find this at all disruptive. Service was excellent, though there is generally just one person on staff. We were delighted by the lavish Greek breakfasts. The hot tub/plunge pool was interestingly designed, tucked into a nook on the patio. I wouldn’t come here just for that! The bed was genuinely at least queen-sized but the pillows left a lot to be desired. New visitors to Santorini will want to purchase LOTS of water before making their way down to the hotel as Imerovigli has many steps. You’ll want your inhaler if you use one! We spent our days wandering back and forth to Fira enjoying the countless (countless!) shops, restaurants, and views. We also hiked down to Skaros Rock and explored the ruins - definitely worth doing!
